The hotel service is very good. The lobby manager and waiters are very friendly. We will provide us with lunch after dinner. The room facilities are very good, and the beach is also very fun. It is very suitable for couples and friends to play together.

Good in every way, good quality and cheap

Normal budget hotel, but now they close one pier on the beach and beach is full, there are no free beach chair. Even it’s good if you can find one chair, because after midday there are no free beach chair at all. We are family and my husband sit on the beach on the one side, me on the another side of the beach. There are not normal. Not recommended

It's not my first time here but this time it's the last time I will come here I'm almost everyday I go to dream beach with my wife and everyday I can easy change the towel without no problem But everytime they accept to change the towel because my wife go to change it but this time I go as a Egyptian to change my towel they say to me no not allowed for Egyptian to change the towel so you can change the towel for my wife because she is not Egyptian and for me you can't change the towel I asked to pay extra for a new towel even whatever how much is going to be and the towel guy was rude to me and tell me it's not my problem go fix your problem in the bar or reception and he is a really rude and bad and when I did say I will write a comment on tripadvisor everyone get scared and after this they want change my towel why I have to write a comment or go to reception for this towel guy can't even work in a hotel how they accept him to work here his name is ( Hani Ahmed ) And he was acting like he is the general manager and when I did go to reception I find out that he did lie to me

I called the hotel to go there I went with a friend to help him to stay there for three days four nights we go there when arrived at reception there was a man without name tag I wished if there is name tags to mention him he talk to us by bad ways and when we was talk was him he left us because there is another foreigner guest come and we didn’t finish our conversation it’s disrespectful then we left and didn’t stay I don’t recommend it because if the people at reception like that so what about the whole hotel

Very very bad, i can say its horror i woud not recomend this hotel even to my enemies, food its horible, the rooms are chaos i changed 3 rooms to get one decent and even that one was horror, i can t say about the food but i ate once there and after i was going only to restaurants outside of the hotel, dosen t worth any money even for free i woud not come. Wifi its very bad very beer also but other alcohols also but russian people drinked a lot of it but they can drink anything, overall even if you pay me i woud not come here its under the limit even my animals at home have better food and better sleep 🤢🤮

Staff were friendly and happy to resolve problems, not of the hotel’s making. The Internet was a bit haphazard to start with, but the provider finally got it working. Good selection of food, with a dedicated omelet chef. Having a bridge walkway to access the beach from the hotel saved negotiating the road.

We have booked deluxe room all inclusive, when we arrived we got just standard room (they asked to pay 20 eur for early check in), when we entered to the room it was just standard with no balcony. Then we went to reception to say that we have deluxe room and reception guy said that they didnt’t know. How come they dont know which rooms are booked? Ok they changed for deluxe. Other problem, all inclusive package: when I ordered trip from the company it was not mentioned that we will have to pay extra for drinks, excatly for wine. On the beach and next to the swimming pool in the bars they have only beers, vodka, tekila… im traveling not first time in my life so I know that all inclusive should be wine as well! When you ask for beer, they pour beer to the small glass, when i ask for bottle they say no. So i paid money for all incl, and now we have this problems? If I knew it would be in this hotel would never book this one! Food: we already had dinner, breakfast - is horrible! No choice, nothing. We met other lithuanian tourists in this hotel they said also that they have all incl and they are eating in mcdonalds because all week food is the same! Room: beds are broken, when you sleep you feel that you are in the hole because mattrass seems old and broken. When you have all inclusive package at 4* hotel especially in Egypt they should provide bottles of water to the room every day for free. Why we have to pay even for water?

I like this hotel very nice hotel and very kind staff all hotel very clean house keeping very nice manger for housekeeping name hussin very good person really and he helped us and all people there and we will come back again ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍👍
