Brilliant service by Nasar and his team at the restaurant at Falaknuma. Attention to detail was immaculate by Elizabeth, Ramakrishna, Nilesh and Nasar who were incredibly gentle, thoughtful and kind. Outstanding keep it up and thank you for going over and beyond.

Wah Taj! Again, you have won my heart. Falaknuma Palace was surely a different royalty, but like I mentioned even while checking out "Different but Nice" Thanks to Prashant Gawade, I could stay here without a second thought. He indeed is my gateway to The Taj The welcome struck the right chord, right from the horse carriage person to Pranav who helped us check in. All the ones in the middle made us feel as comfortable and warm as home. The palace tour led by Mr Asif had left me awestruck and made me feel more connected to the property. Taj surely did take 15 years to restore and revamp but what a job, Taj can never go wrong. The food at Adaa & Celeste were impeccable and so satisfying, that we ended up overeating every meal. Thanks to the extra hospitality and courtesy extended by Santosh & Vishal. Those two assets of Falaknuma have Tajness running in their veins for sure. The bartender at Hookah Bar were super at their skills and made sure to have us hooked on. Another biggest delight during my stay was Laxmi, The Housekeeper. Awww, her smile had me melted always. She did her job to fab and was truly a sweetheart, making sure of my comfort. The momento of our photo at the entrance was super personalised and cute. I was compelled to give an extra brownie point for that special thought. It surely did count. The only thing I felt could be improved was that the Qawali team is so good and mesmerizing - why don't you all extend their performance by a bit atleast. 3 to 4 songs is too little and undermining them too coz by the audience is set, it's time for the band to wrap up. Summing it all up, you all have redefined royalty for me. Staying upto every standard of a palace hotel. You surely did transport us back to the royal days. You have won my heart and make me want to come back soon.

I myself zaheer, have visited falaknuma recently with my family. Every service was really commendable. The food was excellent and flavourful, I would like to say that the service and facilities exceeded than our expectations. Mr. Sumanth and Nilesh in particular who looked after every single aspect making our dinner most memorable and Special thanks to the Manager Mr. Nasar who was always there to help choose the local tastes. We were very happy and felt like we are being treated royally. we truly felt very relaxed and rejuvenated with the surroundings and regal luxury. I will highly recommend Taj Falaknuma Palace to my friends and family and definitely will be back again for another occasion 😀

Came here to celebrate my father's birthday for a couple of days. The FNB manager Nasar was extremely accommodating in helping make the celebrations private and special. Aside from that, we had a wonderful experience here, enjoying the property and the unparalleled hospitality from the entire staff starting from the GM downwards. Would definitely go back

From picking us up from the entrance with a traditional baggi to dropping us off with an electric cart, our experience at Falaknuma was nothing short of royal. The scrumptious meal we had was an absolute delight, with every dish being a testament to the rich culinary heritage of the Nizam's era. The delicacies were not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared, offering a blend of authentic flavors that made the dining experience truly unforgettable. What made the visit even more special was the opportunity to experience the life of the Nizam. We learned a lot about the rich history of the palace, with its stunning architecture and opulent interiors that speak volumes about the grandeur of the past. The knowledgeable staff shared fascinating stories and details about the heritage, making the experience both immersive and educational. The service was impeccable—warm, courteous, and attentive. We LOVED our time at The Falaknuma Palace. The warmth and hospitality of each and every one of the staff was par excellence! We were pampered thoroughly at both of their restaurants “Adaa” and “Celeste” with gourmet meals specially by Nasar. It was one of our most memorable vacations and we can’t wait to go back again.
