Rooms are spacious, well lit, good furnished. Roast 24-7 is a fantastic setting for meeting friends and work colleagues. Very good food choices. Location is great, right next to highway. We had just one issue with noise of some construction work, without any notice from the hotel.

The hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly. They upgraded our room to a studio apartment. The breakfast was good. The roast restaurant had a wonderful confectionery. The pastries were wonderful. Our stay was great. However we checked out a day early but money couldn't be refunded

House keeping is not good, we asked for help in getting our luggage and either reception not house keeping bothered at all even after 30mins..we have called couple of times and response same...no floor manager available at all to complain. Apart from this it is good.

1. No first aid kit. When arriving I had slight fever, requested for a paracetamol. The receptionist refused. when insisted as shops nearby had closed they made us walk down to the basement and collect it personally 2. Swimming pool was closed. No one informed us about this prior to checking in. When enquired, they acted surprised on why we were even asking this question. Expecting an apology was a far fetched thought 3. Electric kettle was malfunctioning. We did complain, they came and adjusted, to make it work for 2 sec and then it again stopped working 4. Food was amazing

Was travelling alone for business visit. Hotel was good. Nice place to stay in during business travel. Cooperative staff and Superb Breakfast. Location was safe. Can easily get cabs to go anywhere. Ambience was good. Will recommend to others too.
