Hotel Maruthi Residency Inn L B Nagar

Bad stay since i had in recent times. First of room smell like cigarette smoke, second hot water not working, third bed sheets looks very dirty looks like they gave the room to us immediately after someone left the room. When booked it said breakfast included, but it doesn’t have option, only one item gave us and no tea or coffee. It is not worth of amount i paid. I checked out next day and got 2BHK an AirBnb for same price.

Not an experience worth cherishing. A group of youngsters were drinking late into the night outside my room making it inconvenient and unsafe to stay with family. The only good thing is that the rooms are decent as they are newly constructed. Bathrooms don't have exhaust fan and dont provide lot of privacy as the connecting wall with the other room's bathroom is open at the top few inches below the ceiling. The smell of cigarette smoke from adjoining bathroom was suffocating . No hot water was provided. Stated that solar heater can't cater to guests in wint r season, had to bathe in cold water. No complimentary breakfast as per booking. After lot of persuasion, the hotel staff got breakfast from the stalls outside the hotel with questionable hygeine and insufficient to even cater to 1 person. The only reason the hotel thrives is due to good location in LB Nagar. Otherwise, not a good choice.
