Wow! What an amazing experience! We came for a works Christmas do and stayed in the Hog Dear lodge. The lodge was wonderful in an area with 2 Hog Dears overlooking a lovely view. We had a veranda with a fire pit and marshmallows to toast ☺️ The lodge was very clean and cosy and warm. The shower was very powerful with lovely Molten Brown toiletries. The bed was so comfortable we overslept and almost missed breakfast! The breakfast was absolutely delicious sausages, bacon and eggs cooked to perfection, really lovely. The staff at breakfast were so lovely and friendly. We had the use of a golf buggy to drive around the complex it was fabulous we saw lions and rhinos which so lovely. We will be saving up and coming back for sure!

Stayed for 3 nights in December Treetop Bubble - - We weren’t aware that it was essentially an inflatable room upon booking, so be aware that there is a fan running at all times to keep it inflated, even at night - It’s also very noisy, due to the fan and the busy road at the back of the bubble - It also is very light in the room even at night, so an eye mask is a must - If it’s windy the bubble shakes too In the day and evening, it’s very peaceful and has great views, just be aware of the lack of sleep! Food - We went in winter so there were only two restaurants open! The pizza place and garden room were great - it’s not a great place for someone with dietary requirements. - The food is pricey! We easily spent over £100 a day on food and drinks (Over £4 for a small glass bottle of coke!) The safari - We booked a safari and Ant was our guide, which we would highly recommend! - We also bought a “Meet the great apes” experience with Rick and it was awesome! Rick was great and so knowledgeable and was our favourite part of our trip We enjoyed our stay, just a couple of things to be aware of! The bubble was lovely, but book it with awareness!

Our whole weekend visit was 10/10 even with Storm Burt blasting through. We stayed in the JuJu treehouse which was amazing and the bonus of a golf buggy saved our daughter from moaning about too much walking. The only negative of the treehouse was the steps leading up to it. They were very steep and uneven in places but we got used to them. The highlight of my stay was definitely the Ultimate Safari, especially when we got to feed the black rhinos and definitely a once in a lifetime experience that my family never forgot. Our daughter loved toasting marshmallows in the clubhouse and getting so close to her favourite animal, capybara.

My partner surprised me for my 30th birthday by booking a stay at the Giraffe cottage with a group of friends. The whole experience was nothing short of amazing. We were mainly looked after by a ranger named Charlie who made our stay really special. He was a fountain of knowledge and made the whole trip really fun and joked around with us as we were definitely cracking more than a few jokes along the trip. The food we had at the cottage was cooked by a private chef and tasted incredible! We have stayed previously in the Giraffe Lodge and this is our second time visiting and we are already excited to come back!

Stayed in Tiger Lodge for the night. It is an expensive thing to do but the service, the surroundings and the experience are amazing. The lodge is really well done and full of goodies. Bed was comfy and very clean. The huge window looking into the tiger enclosure is amazing and having the tigers walk straight past and chill out in front of you is breathtaking. Having your own gold buggy to go around the park after the public leave is magical. Very cool thing to do.

Visited today on a voucher for afternoon tea and safari truck ride. We were so worried about the weather (forecast torrential rain and 40mph winds!) but it was dry the whole time we were outside. Safari truck ride was great and the lady was very informative. On the walk round we saw a baby gorilla up close which was amazing and saw all the animals we wanted to even though it was freezing. Then came the afternoon tea. Our server Liz was absolutely amazing. So lovely and attentive and told us all about the paintings. The afternoon tea was delightful and we were able to take what we couldn’t finish home with us. Lady in the shop was excellent too I think her name was Kate. Very friendly. Really enjoyed the day and would definitely recommend .

We did not stay in this village but we did stay at Woolacombe Bay Holiday Park in Woolacombe in a luxury lodge with hot tub. Fantastic site with lovely facilities and central to everywhere. Whenever we go there we always visit Lympne. There are 2 villages one upper and one lower. The upper does not have much there other than a few shops and a hotel/cafes etc. The lower village is stunning, cobbled streets, lots of shops selling art, glassware, sheepskin goods, cafes, pubs, restaurants/lovely hotels. Do visit if you are in the area. It is a haven for back packers and walkers all year round. Absolutely stunning, one of my favorite places to visit.

Booked an overnight stay with my partner and we absolutely loved it. Room was a good size with excellent amenities and a lovely view of the gardens. The hotel itself is stunning. Had a golf buggy as part of our stay and what an amazing experience being able to see the animals early in the morning and later in the evening when the park was closed. We also enjoyed the safari truck experience and was very lucky to see a lot of animals. Thank you to all the staff who were friendly attentive. Would love to go back and perhaps stay at one of the animal lodges!
