We had a great stay at Zuri Hotel. We arrived early at the place, so we taught of leaving our things first at the lobby then go out for lunch before checking in. But luckily we were allowed early check-in which is 4 hours before the actual check in time.
Location is great - situated at the side of SM Iloilo and just near various restaurants and attractions. Staffs are great as well.
The hotel amenities are still in good condition. Flat iron and ironing board are both available at the room.
The only negative thing for me would be that the shower heater is not so strong.
Buffet bfast is great - with a wide variety of delicious food, and they offer different food in other days. Another great thing with the hotel is the rooftop infinity pool with a pool bar and jacuzzi. This is a plus.
Will surely recommend this hotel and will surely come back!

Overall experience is good.
Just to share my observation, upon arrival at the hotel main entrance, nobody was there to assist us in carrying our luggage & we had to open the entrance door.

The hotel is in a very good location. The cleaning is good and the beds are very comfortable. There is a smell of humidity in the rooms. It would be better if the airing was done before the guests arrived. The only problem is that the wifi does not work in the rooms and it constantly disconnects.

祖里 After 7-8 years, I returned to Iloilo City.. This hotel surprised me, it is clean and well managed. Without wonter, its Chinese owner, you can pay via WeChat and Alipay here. I'm just little mad about hot water, I had to call customer service for 5 times just to let them know that we don't have hot water. hate it! They're too busy down. More employees I guess. But breakfast is 10/10 for Filipino tastebud like me. ❤️❤️👀 for western or vegan 5/10 .
