Très mauvaise expérience pour un séjour « demi pension » incluant la soirée du nouvel an. Du personnel étranger exploité et mal traité ainsi que de la nourriture immangeables! TOUS les plats des convives sont repartis en cuisine pleins. Une honte compte tenu du prix exorbitant proposé par Weekendesk! Un hôtel et un site de réservation à fuir. Et comme tout était payé d’avance impossible de partir ou de faire une réclamation!

Delusione. Abbiamo soggiornato per diversi anni in questa struttura con esito positivo, quest'anno invece siamo rimasti fortemente delusi. Gli appartamenti sono da ristrutturare, le stoviglie fornite non complete e alcune addirittura sporche ( abbiamo richiesto una pentola, due tazze da colazione, una coperta perche' mancanti). L'acqua non è mai stata calda, sempre tiepida (ovviamente segnalato in continuazione alla reception ma senza mai una risoluzione effettiva). Sognare di tornare a casa per farsi una doccia calda vuol dire non sentirsi "coccolati". Inoltre la piscina riscaldata risulta priva di spogliatoi e docce calde, cio' significa che quando si esce dall'acqua ci si deve recare nel proprio alloggia con costume e asciugamano bagnati...a dicembre anche no. Anche perchè gli appartamenti non sono tutti nelle vicinanze. Addetta alla Reception (una in particolare) MOLTO SCORTESE. Ma la professionalità e il rispetto dove sono finiti???

Finalmente un bike resort che ha capito davvero le esigenze di noi ciclisti! Villa Giada è una rivelazione sotto ogni aspetto, a partire dal geniale sistema di supporti a parete che permette di tenere la bici in camera senza sacrificare spazio prezioso - un dettaglio che fa la differenza quando si viaggia con l'attrezzatura. Il servizio noleggio è semplicemente impressionante: una flotta di MTB e bici da strada di altissimo livello, perfettamente manutenute e per tutti i gusti. Dai modelli entry level alle super bike in carbonio, trovate esattamente quello che serve per affrontare i fantastici percorsi della zona. La vera sorpresa? La cucina! Ho apprezzato enormemente la flessibilità dello chef nel personalizzare i pasti in base alle mie esigenze atletiche. Tutto studiato per garantire la giusta energia senza compromessi sul gusto. Per un ciclista, trovare una struttura così dedicata è come scoprire un tesoro. Villa Giada non è solo un hotel bike-friendly, è un vero e proprio paradiso per chi vive la bici con passione. Tornerò sicuramente!

Ho soggiornato a Villa Giada Resort con il mio staff, per lavoro. Abbiamo preso un appartamento grande con camere separate che ci ha consentito di avere comunque la nostra privacy. Ogni camera aveva il suo bagno. Sublime la colazione (con vista) e i piatti del ristorante à la carte, ogni boccone è stato un'esplosione di gusto. Ampio parcheggio a disposizione e molto comoda è la sala per poter fare dei meeting, con tv per trasmettere quanto si visualizza da pc. E' da ritornarci in famiglia, così da usufruire anche delle spa e della piscina con acqua riscaldata. Accoglienza meravigliosa da parte dello staff. Grazie a tutti, consigliato

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Très propre. Petit déjeuner copieux. Beau mobilier de terrasse. Un peu excentré donc calme mais accès un peu difficile. Dommage que le parking (obligatoire car pas de place de stationnement) soit payant.

Es gab 2 Pools, die waren sehr sauber und super für Kinder und Erwachsene. Obwohl das Resort ordentlich groß war, konnte man sich kaum verlaufen, was für die Kinder toll war und den Eltern eine gutes Gefühl gab um die Kids alleine dort hinzulassen. Vom Hügel, wo sich das Ressort befindet, war der Ausblick unglaublich toll, den selben Ausblick hatte man auch vom Restaurant, wo das Essen nicht so teuer, aber super lecker war. Sehr Familien und Kinderfreundlich. Gerne wieder!!!
