The room was smelling smoke very heavy and there were hairs on the towels. I asked to change the room but I was subjected to physical abuse by reception, they are very rude and disrespectful. They ruined my trip.

The hotel is far from city center, but nearby metro station. The staff doesn't speak English, it could be difficult to communicate. I suppose this hotel for one stay night rest with girls, so it could be noisy during the night
