I've been to Korea countless times, but this is the first time I've ever felt it was so big! I just booked this hotel randomly based on its high rating, and it took me over two hours by subway from the city center. I was genuinely shocked – I didn't think there was anywhere in Korea that far by subway! It's also two hours from the airport. I have no idea where this place is located. Every other time I've booked spontaneously, I've ended up in the city center, but this time I picked somewhere so far out. Putting the location aside, the hotel's service and environment are really good. The subway station is right across from the hotel, and there's a 24-hour 7-Eleven right outside the entrance. There are also tons of food options nearby, all frequented by young people and open late into the night! I suspect this is a university town (I feel like I got scammed with the location, but hey). The room is huge with two beds – it's strange in Korea, one bed is massive, and the other is a standard twin. You could easily sleep three people. Besides being far, there's nothing wrong with it!

Golden Coast Hotel has an excellent location, making it super convenient to get around. There are lots of snack bars and take-out options nearby. The bar staff are incredibly attentive, especially 'Way,' the lady from Guangzhou, China. She's incredibly helpful, and if any Chinese tour groups or individuals need assistance, I highly recommend seeking her out. If I or anyone I know comes to Incheon, South Korea, I'll definitely recommend the Golden Coast Hotel to my friends and family. Safety is a top priority for me, and I felt very secure here. The hotel name on my booking was Best Western Harbor Park Hotel, but the sign only said Harbor Park Hotel. When I checked in, I asked if it was the Best Western and the front desk staff said no. It was only when I showed them my passport that they confirmed it was indeed the right hotel. Otherwise, I would have been wandering around with my luggage trying to find it. The facilities are what you'd expect from a four-star hotel, but the bathroom was a bit small. Breakfast is Western-style, but there's no bacon or scrambled eggs, only boiled eggs. The only meat options were sashimi and some sausages, and it was quite expensive. The ocean view rooms face Incheon Port and are right next to a major transport road, but the soundproofing on the windows is good, so the noise isn't too bad. The hotel is about 200 meters from Line 1 of the subway, making transportation quite convenient.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially the room. It was clean, comfortable, and I slept very well. The bed was soft and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was nice. I particularly liked the automatic toilet. The staff were friendly and provided good service. I also appreciated that the hotel allowed me to leave my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient. There is a free amenities area where guests can help themselves to items such as tea, coffee, toner, lotion etc. There is one bottle of water for each day for the single room. There is also a water refill station at the lobby where you can refill your own bottle, which is a nice and convenient feature. For guests staying in a single room, the hotel provides one bottle of drinking water per day. If you do not need room cleaning, you can simply hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. The hotel will still leave fresh towels and a bottle of water in a bag outside your room, which I found very convenient. The hotel provides breakfast every day. The food was good overall, but I would recommend adding English labels to the dishes so international guests can easily know what each menu item is. The location is very convenient because the hotel is directly connected to Bupyeong Station. However, for first-time visitors, finding the way out of the station can be quite confusing. Bupyeong is a very large station with many shops and shopping areas underground, so it is easy to get lost before finding the correct exit. Clearer signs to the exits would be very helpful for first-time visitors. Another nice point is that Bupyeong Park is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. It is very convenient for guests who enjoy going for a morning walk or run. One thing that could be improved is the elevator system. The elevators are divided by floors, and only 2 out of 4 elevators serve the rooms on the 15th floor and below, so you may have to wait a little longer during busy hours. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful, and the location was convenient.

This is a great hotel, I really enjoyed it. There are also many delicious local Korean restaurants nearby. Taking a taxi to Seoul was quite affordable for three of us, and we had a very comfortable time. I was surprised by how much good food Incheon has – the raw fish, beef bone soup, and Jeju black pork were all incredibly satisfying! For housekeeping, you need to request it if you want your room cleaned daily. They also provide pajamas and slippers, which is very comfortable. Honestly, it's really good! ( ◜‿◝ )♡

The hotel interior was sparkling clean and well-maintained, feeling brand new. I was very satisfied. Despite the cold weather, the heating was excellent, adjusting perfectly to a comfortable temperature. I was aware that disposable amenities wouldn't be provided, but I was surprised and a bit flustered to find there wasn't even soap! Next time, I'll be sure to pack all my facial care products. In the morning, I had trouble with the hairdryer; it seemed broken and wouldn't turn on after I washed my hair. It was early, and no one answered the phone, so I just had to struggle through and dry it as best I could. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely return! The quality for this price is unbelievable. I didn't manage to take any photos of the room because I was too busy relaxing. All I got was a quick shot of the hallway when I remembered at check-out. That's how much I enjoyed my stay :)

I initially booked this hotel because the beds looked super comfy and the price was great! They even upgraded my room on arrival! I got a cinema room, and the floor was carpeted like a hotel, plus the beanbags were incredibly comfortable!! The prices jumped quite a bit for April, so I ended up booking another place, but I definitely recommend this hotel!

Located in Bupyeong, Incheon, this place was the perfect choice for relieving accumulated fatigue while enjoying a relaxing soak, thanks to the spacious bathtub in the room. The sophisticated interior, featuring marble-patterned floors and luxurious wall designs, made me feel pampered throughout my stay. The overall space was clean and had a great atmosphere, making it a place I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish accommodation near Bupyeong.

Great location, with the subway station right downstairs. The room was very good. Breakfast was decent. However, the hotel isn't truly finished yet. The washing machines were out of order, and on the day we arrived, the gym and other public areas and facilities were still under renovation. The walls outside the room were covered in wet glue, and it was still wet when we left on the fourth day. The entire hotel's public spaces had a glue smell. But the room itself was perfectly fine, with no glue smell. The cleaning staff didn't thoroughly clean the toilet bowl. Given the current state of the hotel, the current room rate is too high. It should be at least 60-70% off. However, if the hotel were 100% complete, the price would be reasonable.
