The room was dirty but they quickly changed it for me. Nobody helped me with my luggage when I arrived and left. There is convenience store in the lobby which is helpful. Harbor view room has a good view. Location very far from Seoul but close to shops, restaurants and China Town. Overall average

This room and its surroundings are comparable to what you'd find in the city for about 1000 [currency, e.g., RMB/KRW/local currency]. The subway station is just a 5-minute walk away, which is very convenient. Downstairs, there are local eateries, including a BBQ place and a convenience store, all half the price of what you'd pay in the city. The hotel also has a coffee shop, a tax refund machine, and a Korean won exchange machine, which is super handy. My friends and I saved thousands on accommodation, meaning we could buy so much more! There's also a Chinese translator available. Most importantly, when we were rushing to the airport and realized we were 20,000 won short, the hotel 'oppa' (a friendly term for an older man) was incredibly kind and gave us the 20,000 won. Otherwise, we would have missed our flight. I'm so grateful for that! The main takeaway: unbeatable value for money and convenience, even though it's an hour on the subway to get around. A taxi to the airport takes about half an hour. I'll definitely come back next time!

The hotel is a very short walk from the subway station. About 150m to 200m. However, the area is far from everything. However, many convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel. Check in was smooth. The room was quite clean except for the carpet which was very soiled. Only liquid soap and shampoo provided; no other toiletries. Two bottles of water, tea and coffee provided but no sugar or milk. We requested the room to be cleaned but all they did was empty the garbage, replace the towels and the coffee/tea. No replacement water and they don't make the bed. The star rating on Trip.com is 4 star but at the hotel the rating is stated as 5 star. Not even a proper 4 star in my view. Check out was again very smooth.

The location near the subway is quite good, though it's a bit far from central Seoul, with travel time starting at 40 minutes. For a solo guest, the room size was perfectly sufficient, even if I couldn't fully open my suitcase. The first floor offers convenient amenities like a laundry room, computers, a printer, and an ice machine. My only minor complaints were being assigned a room at the very end of the hallway and the front desk staff seemed a little impatient when I asked for help with the printer, though their attitude was generally good otherwise. I would definitely consider staying here again if needed.

Booked the Nature Healing Room as it looked nice on the listing, and it was reasonably priced. With that said, this hotel has seen better days. The room is aesthetically pleasing (from a distance), until you look a bit closer. Found a strange stain on the wall, and acne patches left by a previous guest in the bathroom. Had to use a mouldy towel as a floor mat instead. The corridor outside the room is not air-conditioned, so it was suffocatingly hot during the heatwave. In terms of location, it's quite a walk from the nearest subway station, so do factor that in when you are carrying your bags and luggage with you. Front desk staff were pleasant and polite though!

Everything was very clean, I just spend one night because I had a flight cancelled and had to go to the airport quickly next day, so dont know much about the area, but the hostel stuff and facilities were good.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and handled my room requests very carefully. The hotel was very clean, and the room amenities were excellent. I especially appreciated the bathrobes and complimentary drinks. The room was quiet, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. It's also very close to the station, and the stay, including the meals, was exceptionally comfortable.

The room is nice and clean. It smells really good. There is a kitchen counter for cooking, pots, pans, oven, plates, bowls, glasses. There is also a washing machine for washing clothes. It is very convenient. There is a dining table that is separated from the bedroom. The bed is comfortable. The pillows and blankets are very clean.

Good location to staying near ICN airport (30min driving) and there are many restaurants near hotel Reasonable price. recommend near Namdong Industry Park for biz travel.

As soon as you open the door of the Japanese-style hotel, there are wooden clogs at the door that you can wear, which gives you a cute feeling. After entering, the lighting is soft and not glaring, and the candlelight is bright enough. However, I would like to remind you that the hotel only has shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and hand soap. You have to bring everything else by yourself to respond to environmental protection. You can enjoy self-service coffee next to the counter, and there is also a small ice machine, which I think is great because I prefer iced coffee 😁. The overall feeling is comfortable to live in, and it is very good for travel and work 👍
