I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially the room. It was clean, comfortable, and I slept very well. The bed was soft and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was nice. I particularly liked the automatic toilet. The staff were friendly and provided good service. I also appreciated that the hotel allowed me to leave my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient. There is a free amenities area where guests can help themselves to items such as tea, coffee, toner, lotion etc. There is one bottle of water for each day for the single room. There is also a water refill station at the lobby where you can refill your own bottle, which is a nice and convenient feature. For guests staying in a single room, the hotel provides one bottle of drinking water per day. If you do not need room cleaning, you can simply hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. The hotel will still leave fresh towels and a bottle of water in a bag outside your room, which I found very convenient. The hotel provides breakfast every day. The food was good overall, but I would recommend adding English labels to the dishes so international guests can easily know what each menu item is. The location is very convenient because the hotel is directly connected to Bupyeong Station. However, for first-time visitors, finding the way out of the station can be quite confusing. Bupyeong is a very large station with many shops and shopping areas underground, so it is easy to get lost before finding the correct exit. Clearer signs to the exits would be very helpful for first-time visitors. Another nice point is that Bupyeong Park is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. It is very convenient for guests who enjoy going for a morning walk or run. One thing that could be improved is the elevator system. The elevators are divided by floors, and only 2 out of 4 elevators serve the rooms on the 15th floor and below, so you may have to wait a little longer during busy hours. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful, and the location was convenient.

I had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, even though the hotel itself was quite nice. Before my arrival, I emailed the hotel to ask if early check-in would be possible since my flight landed in the morning. I also asked Trip.com to contact the hotel on my behalf. Neither the hotel nor Trip.com informed me that there would be an additional charge for early check-in. They only asked what time I expected to arrive. When I arrived at around 10:30 AM, the receptionist showed no expression and immediately told me that if I wanted to check in then, I would have to pay KRW 11,000 per hour. Since I wasn't informed of this policy beforehand, I decided to leave the hotel, have breakfast, and spend some time sightseeing instead. I returned at around 1:00 PM, and the same receptionist was at the front desk. She was even eating at the reception counter in the hotel lobby. Without any greeting or smile, she told me that if I wanted to check in at that time, I would need to pay KRW 22,000. I paid the additional charge because I had no other choice. I have stayed in hotels all over the world, and this was honestly the worst front desk service I have ever experienced. What made it even more disappointing was that the hotel was far from busy—there appeared to be many vacant rooms. The hotel itself is good, but the poor attitude and lack of professionalism from the front desk staff left a very negative impression. I hope the management will provide better customer service training in the future.

This hotel is incredibly far. It's an hour and a half by subway from the city center. I don't know why, but I've been to Korea countless times and always booked hotels without checking the location, and they were always in the city. This time, both hotels I booked are super far away. Lesson learned! I just realized how big Seoul is. I always thought it was small, so I never paid attention to the location. Putting the location aside, I was amazed when I arrived at the hotel. For this price and this environment, being a bit far isn't too bad! The hotel spa is also great. Downstairs, there are tons of restaurants, and right next door is a huge Homeplus with everything you could possibly want. There's also a small convenience store just a couple of steps from the hotel entrance. To the left of the hotel entrance, there's a really delicious squid restaurant, but the owner doesn't speak Chinese, so communication is difficult. However, the ingredients are very fresh, and the service is good. There's also a great grilled wagyu beef place nearby! Aside from the distance, it's perfect.

I've been to Korea countless times, but this is the first time I've ever felt it was so big! I just booked this hotel randomly based on its high rating, and it took me over two hours by subway from the city center. I was genuinely shocked – I didn't think there was anywhere in Korea that far by subway! It's also two hours from the airport. I have no idea where this place is located. Every other time I've booked spontaneously, I've ended up in the city center, but this time I picked somewhere so far out. Putting the location aside, the hotel's service and environment are really good. The subway station is right across from the hotel, and there's a 24-hour 7-Eleven right outside the entrance. There are also tons of food options nearby, all frequented by young people and open late into the night! I suspect this is a university town (I feel like I got scammed with the location, but hey). The room is huge with two beds – it's strange in Korea, one bed is massive, and the other is a standard twin. You could easily sleep three people. Besides being far, there's nothing wrong with it!

The hotel is in downtown Incheon, but it's quite a distance from the subway, so walking isn't really an option, especially with luggage. I'd recommend taking a taxi. The room facilities are very complete, and the room itself is spacious. The staff provided standard service, but their English communication wasn't good; you'll mostly need to rely on translation software. Breakfast is from 7-9 AM, so it's easy to miss.

I booked this hotel for a get-together with friends, not expecting much. The beds were neatly made, and there was no unpleasant smell, which was great. It's also close to Wolmido Amusement Park. I wasn't expecting much from breakfast either, but it was surprisingly good! Thinking about it is making me hungry again. There's parking available on the first floor under the building and also outside. There's one full-charge EV charger. If you need to charge your electric car, you can go to the front desk, pay, and use it.

It was just like the pictures in many ways, lol. The lobby, entrance, and hallway were new and clean, but the bathrooms in particular were a bit dated. But the toilet had a washlet and automatically flushed. 🫨 The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Netflix is ​​free! The price was great, and a simple breakfast was included. The Dodream and cod soup were delicious. My Korean friend said it was more like a hotel than a motel, lol. The free washer/dryer was appreciated, but it was a bit inconvenient because it was in the men's restroom. I stayed for three nights, and it was quiet and I slept well. The staff spoke basic English, so it wasn't a problem. You have to request cleaning from the front desk. I wouldn't recommend this place for people with a particularly sensitive or fussy attitude, but it's a great value.

In front of the port, the bus stop for the town of Incheon was close, and there were many convenience stores, which was convenient. The room is large and there is a bathtub It was great except that the DJ voice in the amusement park echoed until late at night!
