Easy to reach out to the attractive places, not far from night markets and eaon mall

Wall have alot of stain
After bath the water will be stagnant. 
When ppl next door using water u will hear very loud noise. 
Hair, dust etc dangling at under the door

Location is ok, quite convenient. But facility is very limited. Cleanliness is still good. But aircond not so cold. Just for short term or simple overnight is OK. Price feels like little bit overpriced in Ipoh area.

The staff are very kind and polite at the reception. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated with movie posters. The shower area was bigger than expected. However, the hot water needed some time to come on. There is a water dispenser at the hallway and a foodcourt is located just next to the hotel, which gives you easy access to food. Overall, it's cozy place to stay in if you are on a budget and just needed a place to stay for the night.    Soundproofing for the rooms, however, is very bad. You can literally hear when the room next door is back/out from their room, and when they are taking a shower. Apart from that, even with the windows closed, you can still hear people talking on the streets. How loud was it? I woke up in the middle of the night thinking that I forgot to close the window.
