Great location with cozy rooms. Amenities are good for its price. Staffs are very helpful. Good choice for those who do not drive to Ipoh

Apart from the unprofessional staff (she serves guests with a deadpan expression and when we requested to leave our luggages at the hotel after checking out, we had to bring them into the stuffy storage room ourselves), dirty kettle, foreign objects floating in the water bottle in the gym, and the limited gym equipment, it was generally a pleasant value for money stay. The location and view were great.

Under renovation lobby ! Should lower the prices and breakfast so so. No nasi lemak. Room 311 is larger. Need to enter side way

Clean and comfortable room. Not very spacious, but it was reasonable for the price. The aircon wasn't working well at first, but a quick call to reception and a staff member came to sort it out fast. The toilet and shower areas were smartly separated.

Average nothing complain for this hotel , bed comfortable .near town and easy to parking . will stay again next visit to Ipoh . Actually one of the reason that i booked this hotel because of the roof top cafe , but when i reached to be informed that the cafe had been closed during MCO .

This hotel is strategically located near the business street. Hotel room is clean and basic amenities are provided.

This hotel best for business traveller because getting food is convenient to access. Hotel is clean and not so crowded.

The service was excellent throughout our 5 night stay. Breakfast spread was adjusted daily so we didn’t feel bored. Free shuttle is available to town areas and staff was kind and professional. We will be back.

MU hotel is conveniently located, we could walk to most attractions like the Old Town. But the weather is so humid, we decided to Grab from day 2. It’s easy to get Grab here. The staff are most helpful and friendly, Mr Lawrence at the reception helped us call the restaurant to check on opening hours. They also gave us directions to places we want to go,

V comfortable stay. Wish we knew about shuttle services available earlier. Will come back to stay again next time.
