This is a beautiful cottage in an amazing location. We stayed for a week, the place is so well equipped, a real home away from home. The kitchen had all the cooking equipment and utensils you need, washing up liquid, cleaning spray, cloths and tea towels were included. The two bathrooms had towels, mini shampoo, body wash and handsoap to use. There were great added touches like books, games and drinks tables in the living room. A lovely set of welcome gifts were left for us which was such a nice surprise. A really fabulous place. We could travel to all the tourist sites really easily from here. I’d recommend getting out and about early as car parks fill up fast. The nearest shop is 5 mins drive away in Staffin, the cafe next door, The Hungry Gull, served lovely food too. Enjoy!

We wanted for nothing at this place, was a real home from home, everything was provided, the location was picture perfect, can’t recommend this house enough! Book it now, you will not be disappointed 😁 The location is great, on the shoreline and near Brothers Point and The Old Man of Storr, a short drive to Portree and in my opinion, the best part of the island👍

Taigh Rob is a beautiful house, has an exceptional view, is well equipped and beautifully furnished. It has comfortable beds and plenty space for everyone. We spent a great week there, the house has everything you need and more! We simply could not fault the accommodation. Brother's Point is on the doorstep, Storr, The Quiraing, Bearreraig Bay, Bioda Buidhe, Staffin slipway and An Corran walks are all nearby. Lealt Falls and Kilt Rock are also close by. Columba 1400 Centre and the Hungry Gull are great for food and the local shop in Staffin has everything you might need. We visit Skye every year and Taigh Rob cannot be beaten.

Recently renovated cottage with gorgeous views. Self-catering with a great well equipped cottage. Well spacious house comfortable for 8 persons. Cozy, beautiful and a dream location. Well worth a stay!

Taigh Rob is a lovely property in a spectacular location. It has been renovated to a really high standard and a lot of thought has gone into it. As advertised the beds were all really comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and the living room is cosy with chairs and sofas you could sit in for hours. The location on the east side of the Trotternish peninsula is only 14 miles from Portree (good size Co-op). It overlooks the sea and there are views of mountains on the mainland. It is also vey handy for key nearby attractions such as the Old Man of Storr and the Quirang.
