The best ever in Paris
the best apartment/ hotel I have ever tried in Paris , after tried more than 12 others, The is absolutely the best of the best
Clean, friendly staff, comfortable, close to train and metro

Amazing apartments, super convenient
Fantastic apartments, perfect for a short stay in Paris while looking for a permanent residence. The apartment was spotless and the equipment basically brand new. Staff were super helpful and the communal spaces were a nice addition.

Great 2 week Olympics stay
Clean, air conditioned, new, comfortable, quiet. Situated between the metro 12 and rer c trains- easy access to city. Would stay again.

Superbe expérience pour mon séjour professionnel pour une mission à Issy les Moulineaux. Les studios sont parfaitement aménagés, les espaces communs sont très grands avec la possibilité d'accueillir des collègues dans le salon coliving + mention spéciale au rooftop avec la plus belle vue de Paris !). C'est la meilleur solution si vous chechez une solution pour quelques mois .

Je recommande vivement la résidence Finestate. Le personnel est sympathique et attentif, les appartements sont spacieux et bien équipés. Le studio a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, mais vous avez un accès supplémentaire à : une grande cuisine commune, une laverie, une salle de sport, un rooftop où vous pouvez voir clairement la Tour Eiffel et un espace de coworking.Le ménage une fois par semaine dans votre studio ce qui est suffisant avec changement des draps de lit et draps de bain. Le personnel qui y travaille est très gentil.

The apartment is so clean and new with everything you need to stay short and long term. Nice neighborhood, very quiet, supermarkets near by. Close to the train station which connects you to downtown Paris.

Un très gros problème pour recevoir la facture. Le téléphone de l’établissement ne répond jamais. L’équipe de comptabilité insolente et prétentieuse ! Que du stress malgré le paiement complet de ma part au moment de la réservation. Plus jamais avec eux !!!
