The housing is located on an old street, surrounded by special local restaurants and cafes. The room is not big, it has everything it needs, it is clean and the toilet is new. We went in August, which is the peak season, and the price was higher, but considering this month and location, the overall price/performance ratio was pretty good. There is no problem for two adults in the double bed room. If you add a child, it is okay to sleep sideways. Mineral water, sparkling water, and cola in the room refrigerator are free, which is rare in B&Bs. .

We are delighted with the Kassimo Hotel! Friendly staff, always happy to help with all questions, clean like home, when entering the room we took off our shoes. The room has all the services as in 5* hotels, on the top floor there is a terrace overlooking the Sea of Marmara. Thank you for such comfort and good service.
