It was amazing stay. Location is perfect and close to zorlu center , besiktas, sea, ferries , massage , cafes and nisantasi luxury shopping. Room was big with 3 huge windows. Night view at Bosporus bridge , day view at the sea it was amazing

Living conditions are not for 5 stars. The rooms are already tired, the furniture has not been updated for a long time, the bathroom is not the newest. The light by the bed did not work well. Robes were missing.
But at the same time they take a deposit of 100 euros upon check-in!
You cannot order, for example, a glass of wine in your room. You can only buy a bottle in the lobby.
We were not informed about the operation of the pool - we did not have time to use it.
When checking out, they were not very polite; they went about their business while I just stood nearby. Well, okay - this is the face of the hotel :)
The pluses are a very cool mattress and the softest bed linen.
