Thanks to the hotel staff, they are very warm and considerate. Especially Dmier and Adliang, they provided great assistance in helping us book a car to the airport, attractions and other places. I didn't know where to go for a day trip, and Dmier helped me contact the tour guide and helped me coordinate the modification, which was very enthusiastic. The hotel has such good staff, and they should be given extra rewards.
And the cleaning lady in room 203, although she didn't speak the language, she always cared about what we needed. So warm
I stayed in this hotel for five days during the meeting in Turkey. Although the facilities are not very luxurious, the bed is comfortable and the service staff is warm. It feels like another small home in Turkey.

The location of the hotel is excellent, but we encountered an unsatisfactory experience in dealing with the reception staff, and their treatment was completely unprofessional, especially when the air conditioning broke down, as they asked me to spend the night and then change the room. This is non-professional behavior and does not come from an international hotel group.
Overall, I will not stay at the hotel again and do not recommend it
