The hotel does have a lot amenities so if you are searching for somewhere like that. It would be good. I also like that they give you new bottled water every day complimentary very handy.

The front desk has a bad attitude and no patience. When communicating, they said "we have no time" and "as you like". The hardware and software facilities are very old.

Amazing place to stay. Room was spacious and clean, had a great view and nothing missing in the room. Pool is free to use with floating foams around, there is also a hot jacuzzi. You only need to bring or buy a swimming cap before. Open buffet food was great with a lot of options. The staff is very friendly. There is a metro nearby which you can use to travel to central Istanbul.

Facilities: The swimming pool is nice, there is a jacuzzi, and the breakfast options are delicious.
Hygiene: Very clean, cleaned very carefully every day
Environment: 2 minutes walk from the subway station, very convenient. The room is very spacious
