Very nice location and quality service with great employees. The problem is that we had trouble sleeping, which is the most sought after in a hotel (poorly insulated rooms, noise, ventilation, etc.)

It is very close to the spice market. From the spice market, you can walk all the way to the Grand Bazaar, Sophia and Blue Mosque. You can also cross the bridge to Galata Tower and Independence Street. If you are willing to walk, you can even go to the New Palace and Besiktas stadium

A nice comfortable centrally located hotel. The breakfast spread is good with a lot of options. In close proximity to public transport hence easy to move around. It has a lot of restaurants around for local cuisine. Overall a great place to stay.

Disrespect and unacceptable behaviour from your service's stuff ! Teach and educate professionally your services, and tell them that they absolutely mustn't make fun of other's religion Worst/racist...

1) although location is good close by station, spice bazar, eminonu square but is surrounded with resturant which means you can smell food in your room :) 2) staff are good 3) breakfast is perfect. 4)room is very bad small in size, very old furniture the toilet is disaster not clean rusted shower and wc water pressure is low 5) dirty curtains and ceiling. 6) the views either resturant side or main road which will be noisy. Could not stay in this hotel and had to move to another..

Exceptional staff, very kind and polite. Good breakfast. Hotel located close to tourist attractions, very close to the tram, metro and boat line. I'll be back. Very nice. Everything is very clean. I don't know if there is a possibility of parking for those who come by car

First off, The location is good. The room had two windowes. They presented fresh fruits and vegetables at breakfast. The room is nice. Although there are many things to be fixed in the bathroom and it looked like it wasn't used I found dead mosquitoes in the shower. However, the noise coming from the people staying outside the hotel wether it is guests or the resturant is very loud up to 2 after midnight. We arrived at 18:00 evening hours, the reception guy was very rude when we asked him politely to check if there are rooms in upper floors, we only asked didn't even insist. After 12 hours of travel, we only wanted the room. We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. They charged us 90€ per night for one room. For this price we could have gone to a way better hotel with better treatment and breakfast. The breakfast room there were flies, i would suggest you work on hygiene. AND NO tell your breakfast manager, CORONA IS NOT OVER. You can keep that to yourselves. Some of us actually lost loved ones to Covid 19. Just respect it and dont comment on guests wearing masks the whole time we stayed every morning he had to comment on it, even if you mean well just stop. We were told breakfast opens at 07:00, the day we had a trip, we were there at 07:00 and the resturant was not ready. So just update your guests. And when it is 09:00 they stop refreshing food. So just pay attention not to be late for your breakfast. Actually the breakfast had a variety of food but I just rather to buy outside since the coffee is not tasty, I found a beard hair in the vegetable salad. So again HYGIENE IS IMPORTANT. breakfast room is relatively small and has low celieng which is a nightmare. Overall I would not want to come back to this hotel nor Istanbul again.

With mixed feelings (rage and disappointment) I have no choice but to give the Eurostars Hotel in the old city in Istanbul a 1 star rating out of 5 (since there is no option to give them zero or negative stars). We got a room in their attic, a real attic, with a slanted wall. There was only 1 meter (3 foot) of straight ceiling. This was so bad that the shower was no fit for an adult person. The glass door of the shower could be opened only ~40 centimeters (~16") because it bumped into the slanted wall/ceiling. Fortunately I still have above average flexibility from my years of gymnastic training - it didn't get me to the olympics but it helped me get into the shower and out of it without suffering severe injuries. But I wasn't lucky all the way through because I bumped my head on the wall several times every time I took a shower. On the bright side, maybe I'll suffer from amnesia because of these bumps and I'll forget all the sufferring during this vacation. Oh, I almost forgot (told you, head injury, amnesia..) - the room had no normal windows because it had no straight wall. It had a window in the slanted roof but we couldn't open it because there was a seagull nest outside with a chick in it which made noise when it was hungry (or bored) and the mother seagull came to visit and bring food and mainly to complain how bad was her day (she kept yelling while talking). Someone like me who doesn't live close to the sea might think that the sound of a seagull in the sky is nice, but when it's outside your window it sounds like a donkey. If you ask me it should be called seadonkey instead of seagull.

The hotel’s location is so convenient for tourists. Close to many attractions and touristic destinations and bazaars. 10 minutes walk to Mahmut Pasha Bazaar, Egyptian Spice market and the Grand Bazaar. 2-3 minutes walk to Eminonu and Maramay Stations. The hotel itself is surrounded by many local cafes and shops. However, there’s alot of noise at nights even though its not a heavily crowded area but the car noises and honks can be disturbing sometimes. The rooms were neat but a little old and the toilet we got had cracked wall. They should be renovated. Also, the receptionists weren’t the friendliest you can find over there. They could’ve been more polite and helpful. Their breakfast was good but it was the same for the 4 nights we stayed there. Overall i’ll rate it 6/10.

Wonderful place, the location is near the tram station, and 3 minutes walking from the sea fairies, friendly and cooperative staff, and they all speak English! Rooms were very clean, and everything was working, the space was not much, but that is normal in Istanbul. We loved breakfast there, and there was a good selection of tasty food. I had to ask the the receptionist for a lot of information regarding the city, and he gave me detailed answers , after checking many websites for me. He literally did that with devotion! I definitely recommend this hotel.

- Excellent staff, Mr Ercument is an amazing and very professional customer executive. He is the USP of the stay at this hotel. Admire his service and attention to detail. - Super friendly staffs and everyone is very helpful. - Property is situated in the best location, its proximity is walking distance to all major attractions. - Its close to train and tram station. - Love the atmosphere around the hotel its right on middle of busy and lively street. - There cannot be anything better. - Choose room with double bed if you need a bigger room. - This is not the hotel for you if you don’t like a busy neighborhood.

Positive: Central location at Sirkesi station and therefore close to Galata Bridge and tram station, plentiful breakfast, warm friendliness of the breakfast waiters. Average: Room cleaning (bathroom cleaning OK, but carpet not vacuumed for 8 days, shower head knobs calcified although easy to clean). Negative: Standard room very small, shower tile joints with mold, traffic noise can only be somewhat dampened with the window closed, arrogant behavior of one (!) of the employees at the reception.
