All is good except that the aircon is not working right for both rooms I booked. The staff are so friendly and very helpful though communication wise,some of the staff member has poor English or none at all. Over all my our stay in the hotel was enjoyable. Thanks Guys!!

Toilet is small and the furniture is quite old

The hotel is quiet good, location is fantastic.. Good breakfast but some facilities are not working fine like the Air-conditioning or the fridge but over all it's okay.

The hotel is dirty .. room not clean toilet dirty everything is dirty please remove the hotel from Trip .com u will loose client 🥲🥲🥲🥲

Everything about this hotel is disgusting. From front desk to rooms, showers and breakfast. Rooms are too tiny, beds are uncomfortable, bathrooms are small with no shower door. They don’t clean the rooms regularly, there’s no towels are available in the bathrooms

Just ok for a night, their wifi was was broken and was not fixing even after several complaints.

The hotel has a great location and the breakfast is also good.

The hotel on the inside has no service, nothing, Zwaa. We booked 5 rooms, nothing. We are not satisfied with the service of this hotel

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, it is within walking distance of all attractions, there is a tram stop nearby, there are a lot of cafes around, not far from the Egyptian market. Breakfast is modest, scrambled eggs and Turkish coffee are available for a fee, there is a kettle in the room, tea and coffee, helpful staff

You can walk everywhere, great location

Breakfast was okay, a lot of choice but taste is okay. It was clean only the towels a bit discolored. Central location. Nice personel.
