Hotel pessimo che puoi trovare a Istanbul. Deluxe non è degno con questo nome. Al check in fanno finta che non trovano la prenotazione, così ti fanno accomodare a 200 metri in altra struttura, dicendo che se ti trovi bene fai tutta la vacanza. Ti portano in un seminterrato, con la hall deserta che la possono aprire tutti. Si scendono le scale e c'è un bagno di un metro quadrato dove la porta è a libretto rotta il lavello con miscelatore che è appoggiato, l'aspiratore vicino alla doccia con i fili elettrici scoperti, la televisione con un dito di polvere e senza telecomando. Muffa dappertutto e coperte strappate. Non abbiamo chiuso occhio per il prurito e la porta che l'ho sbarrata con una sedia per sicurezza. Il mattino siamo dovuti scappare in altro hotel e finendo i 4 giorni restanti a questa fantastica città. I titolari dell'hotel in oggetto lo fanno apposta per farti andare via così hanno preso i soldi e si riaffittano la stanza. Fate attenzione.

The worst hotel in my life!it was close to everything in center of istambul but this is all it was god.the rooms are dirti,you cant sleep until app 3.00 am because of staff witch are noisi...furniture is bad,bed almost bloken...small TV was in room but it havent connectiom to antena and did not have remote control,clima wasnt working and there was no heatting... I was not in such bad hotel in my 47 years

The manager will lie to your face, never believe anything they tell you , always try to get everything you can in writing because the Booking Companies will side with them if you have no proof in writing , video/audio or pictures. The hotel is a sleazebucket with stained and ripped sheets, bloodied pillows and covers, dust settles on the objects in your room after you fall asleep because they don't clean the rooms, empty cigarrete packs left all over the rooms, mold, dirt in the bathrooms. The cats that live all over the streets in Istanbul have better living condition than the room we were in, had to leave after first night , in a 10 night booked trip to an actual hotel. This is a random block between apartments that someone "renovated" it into a "hotel". It's not a hotel.

It was the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in my life. Nobody cares about you. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the hotel on the internet. I carried my own luggage to the room and took it down. Don't waste your money on this hotel. Service is zero and no one cares

Terrible dirty hotel. Mold, mildew, cobwebs in the bathroom. Traces of biological origin on the walls in the shower. Broken, dirty walls in the room. The bed linen is dirty and gray.
