Terrible hotels, no basic cleanliness. We couldn't even have breakfast because all the dishes were wet. From the window there are only slums. Staff just to cut down the money. The smell in the hotel is simply impossible to breathe. Booked after reading good reviews. I do not advise anyone

I came with a girlfriend, we were settled in the basement, the window was small and looked out onto the wall of another building (read no window). The room was with 3 beds instead of two and there was no space at all, there was no kettle in the room, the safe did not work, the toilet flush did not work (which is the most important), and we discovered it only at night! Even to put the kettle on (we asked him) it was necessary to put it on another bed, since there were no other outlets. By the way, they have absolutely no pictures of these numbers on any site. Some of the cleaners are arrogant habalkas, one of them came right in when we were sleeping a few times and said something in Turkish without stopping! As if we came to live with her, and she is the hostess here) Nobody speaks Russian, although it was written about the opposite, and even they barely understand English (my English is confirmed B2, closer to C1). We were frozen for 2 days in this terrible room and were not going to be relocated, we lived in Spartan conditions, then we were supposedly relocated to a room of the best category, and all because with a normal window. The window overlooked a dirty roof, no promised sea view, then it turned out that there were problems in this room too - the heater did not work. The next day we were moved to a higher floor, where on one side we could barely see the sea. In this room, by the way, the shower was broken, but we no longer bothered with it and complained. Also, from the middle of our trip, they decided to take money from us for re-ordered coffee, that was the funniest thing. They said that the second coffee for the dollar)) In general, the conditions are really bad and even in normal rooms something is constantly broken; breakfasts are meager and monotonous, there is not even anything sweet for coffee, and they always want to deceive you. Well, the hotel definitely doesn’t pull on 3 stars, I don’t advise it, and I won’t go again myself.
