Staff and especially their manager do not know how to smile or retain a customer.

Everything was OK except rooms not being properly identified as with the amenities within a room,we been put in a room( Comfort Room) i can say is not fit for a couple, small and not suitable for a holiday stay, apart from that I cannot fault anything else, just one more thing i have to praise restaurant stuff for being polite and precise about service..

The first time I stayed in a hotel, it was underground. The room size was OK, but there was a slope outside the room. It was very noisy, and the room was accompanied by a strange smell. The service was even worse. I sent a hair dryer 3 times and it took 1 hour to get it, but it still didn't work. I was forced to go to the front desk and wait. The front desk staff gave different answers to the same question. I don't know if this is possible.

Not bad, in the city center, with a subway station downstairs 🚉
Arrived at 1am, although Ctrip noted that it was a king-size bed, there were only twin beds left. The guy was very enthusiastic to help me put the king-size bed together~ It was OK, the service was very good, the bed was very soft, and I had a good night's sleep
I also went out to eat a barbecue in the middle of the night, and the area was very safe~
