Konumu harika fakat işletme sahipleri bunsektöre uygun değil.Adadaki Özel kutlama organizasyonumuz için bu oteli seçtik özel kuaförümüzü kendilerinden izin alarak suitimize çağrdık.Düşünün siz gelinliğiniz için hazırlanıyorsunuz telaş içindesiniz, bir anda kapı çalınmadan,izin alınmadan işletme sahibi hanımefendi, sırf merakından elindeki anahtarla kapıyı açıp içeri giriyor.Kamera şakası gibi herkes şok....Bir başka yaşadığımız ise; en komiği idi.saat 00:00 da restoran kapanıyor biz 23:30da gidip grup olarakbirşeyler içebilirmiyiz diye sorduk, kapatıyorsanız girmeyelim dedik.Hemen buyurun diye içeri aldılar ,grup olarak sipariş veriyoruz siparişler gwliyor 2dk sonra garson bey cıkmamızı söylüyor.. iyi de içeceklerim geldi şimdi diyoruz ,alın kapı önünde için biz burda temizlik yapacagız diyorlar... bu da bir kamera şakası...Kısacası turizmci görüsü ve tecrübesi olmayan kişiler ne yazık ki işletiyor mülk sahibi olmak yeterli değil maalesef .En azından misafir perverliği bilmek ve müşteri mahremine saygı duymak lazım...Dingonun ahırı haline getirmemek lazım.

Personeller çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Oda ***et temizdi ve otelin kendine ait restoranında yapılan yemekler gerçekten çok lezzetliydi. Keyifli bir tatil için tercih edebilirsiniz.

Stayed here for one night, on a B &B basis, our first room overlooked the sea, we had to move rooms because the Air Con was not fit for purpose, the second room was just as bad and it was like an oven, the small fridge in the room again was not fit for purpose and the water would would have been colder it had been left in the matchbox bathroom. The breakfast was poor to say the least, no fruit juices etc just a very very plain Turkish breakfast, then we had to chase the waiter down for a top up of Cay. Certainly not worth the money we paid for it… it certainly wasn’t cheap.

Right now we are in our room.we have come here for just one night but from the beginning Ms Birsen whom we contacted for reservation on the phone was very kind and helpful.we requested sea view room and as she promised she gave the best room for us.it is very clean very fresh clored(white)designed room which you can see the awesome view from the window.they even have cattle to have hot water,tea and Nescafe.we tight recommend this hotel and next time we are planning to come with our parents and children.thank you for your hospitality and clean service.

Yurt dışında yaşayan bir Türk vatandaşı olarak bu yılki tatilimi Büyükada'da geçirmeyi düşündüm.Ve bu doğa,tarih harikası Adada konaklamak için seçtiğim hotel gerek manzarası konumu gerek güler yüzlü ve saygılı personeli ile tatilimizin en iyi şekilde geçmesini sağladı.Sıcak,güler yüzlü ve samimi personeller bize gerek hotel gerekse Büyükada ile ilgili her konuda en iyi şekilde yardımcı oldular bizde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik.Her yıl bir kere uğramayı düşünüyorum.Tüm görevlilere teşekkürler.

Wir waren in unterschiedlichen Hotels auf den Inseln aber keins bietet den Komfort den Tiara bietet. Das personal ist sehr freundlichen und es ist sehr Sauber. Es bietet die Ruhe die man sich wünscht, um dem Alltag in Istanbul zu entkommen. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist perfekt!
