탁심 광장에 위치 했고 바로 옆에 메트로역이 있어서 공항에서 접근이 무척 좋아 여행의 막바지에 이용했습니다.
직원분들도 대체로 친절해서 좋았습니다.
다만, 리셉션은 불친절하다 말할정도는 까지는 아니나 5성급 호텔이 맞나 싶은 대응이라 첫인상이 매우 안좋았습니다. (중년의 남성분인데 인사를 건네도 받지 않고 저와 대화중인 와중에 옆직원이랑 얘기를 나누는 등 기본적인 매너가 부족했습니다.)
청소 상태는 나쁘지 않은 것 같은데 컵에 물때가 있고, 커피 포트 안이 녹 쓸어 있는 등 세심한 부분까지는 체크되어 있지 않은 느낌이었습니다.
그 밖에는 전망도 좋고, 기구들도 낡았지만 짐도 딸려 있어 대체로 만족했습니다.

Great location, steps away from the metro, and it is located the highest point of old town, so it enjoys the unobstructed amazing view. Staff were professional and attentive. We were upgraded to the ocean view roo.. breakfast was nice. Yue club lounge is a must.

Very nice, clean and central hotel complex. Staff always ready and extremely friendly. Nice fitness studio (a bit small) and wellness area also top notch. The pool is recommended in summer.
