à evitez absolument
j'ai réservé chambre vue sur la rue, je me retrouve dans une chambre prison, la réception se foute de la geule des clients, on m a promis que le lendemain j aurais une autre chambre, le lendemain impossible, heureusement le service client est intervenue pour me loger dans un autre hôtel pas loin.

Everything amazing except the cleaning
The Hotel stuff were amazing, the location was just perfect, near to everywhere, the tramway station a the marmaray metro station were about 3 minutes walking, the breakfast was not bad at all it was delecious and various.
But the room cleaning was very bad, trash under out bads, sometimes we don’t get our bads and towels changed, it was the only thing i hated all my stay.

Not very good, so so
Room was ok but toilet smell was coming in the room. Also breakfast was not acceptable at all we did not take breakfast after the first day breakfast. Scrambled egg were uncooked and when I asked I was told so that it would cook over the time for late coming guests.

the hotel itself is well located, quiet area and surrounded by restaurants, but apart from that nothing is good, the rooms are not made at all, you have to run every day to ask, as for water it is a rare commodity at the hotel, I had to buy bottles of water from outside every day, no change of sheets for 6 days, the little staff is respectful, the black and dark point of this hotel is the gentleman they call "general", he is the one who decides everything, he collects and eats all day, insatiable....aggressive, speaks Turkish even if you do not understand, my departure from this hotel was caused by this ******, I changed hotels... I say the hotel itself can do better, but with a good manager.

we went and we've changed rooms 3 times, there were ants all over the beds and in one of the rooms there were small insects all over the floor in the end we had to deal with it. we also had issued with the water in the rooms, the bathroom water would be at hot temperature and it would suddenly turn cold. the breakfast was the same everyday maybe only 2-3 changes were made. other than that the staff was rlly kind and understanding, however we've made alot of complains and no one has done anything🤷🏻♀️

Very good hotel and the staff were very helpful. The hotel advised us on where to go and what places are good around the area. Hotel also helped us out with the transport to and from the airport. The food was also good for breakfast and the rooms were always cleaned well

Locatie is top. Centraal gelegen. Genoeg restaurants in omgeving. Bed ligt lekker/warm water/wifi/airco doet wat het moet doen. Je moet geen luxe verwachten. Personeel is behulpzaam en aardig. Enige nadeel is als je sochtend een sigaretje wilde roken voor het hotel je alleen mocht zitten in het restaurant gedeelte als je een drankje bestelde.

couple de septuagénaires, nous venons de passer 6 jours dans cet hôtel. établissement bien situé dans la vieille ville à 150 mètres du tram. Topkapi, la basilique citerne, la mosquée bleue, etc à quelques minutes de marche. Hôtel très propre, personnel au petit soin des client. Bon et copieux petits déjeuners .
