There is a big gap between the actual place and the pictures on the Internet. The lighting on the floor is very dark, like going to a **, and it feels old. The location is very close to taksim square which is very convenient, but please note that it will be very lively and noisy at night. The two-in-one body wash and shampoo is difficult to apply. Maybe because the pictures online and the hotel being labeled as a 4-star hotel made my expectations different, it felt more like a hotel.

The location is great. Just a few steps to Taksim Square. Staff is very friendly and responsive .The neighborhood can be a bit loud at night, depending on the room location, I think.

1. The hotel had a party on the rooftop after 9pm, which was so loud that it lasted until 1am. I was so irritable playing with my phone that I couldn't sleep. Complaints were useless.
2. The hotel didn't provide combs or charging converters, and there was no toilet paper except in the bathroom
3. The room was not big, with few lights and not bright enough
4. The two-in-one shower gel and shampoo device in the bathroom was difficult to use and couldn't be squeezed out
