I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Istanbul, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The cleanliness left much to be desired—dust was noticeable in the room, and it didn’t feel properly maintained. The lack of basic facilities was disappointing as well. Essentials like a kettle and an iron weren’t included and had to be paid for separately, which felt inconvenient and unnecessary.
The food was just average, with no authentic Turkish dishes offered, which was a letdown. On top of that, the reception staff was quite pushy, constantly trying to sell their transfer services, making the experience uncomfortable. Overall, the stay was okay, but the hotel could greatly improve its cleanliness, amenities, and customer service.
