Booked hotel for 2 days on arrived they give us room to somone eles and they send us to different hotel for 1 night stay and then other day we stay in this hotel .
Very bad reception. They told us there was fire in hotel thats why we wont be able to give room for today and they lying to trip.com saying we had extra guests 😂😂 . Room was okey for the price but not happy with what they did to us for 1 day

If you read this comment, do not book in this hotel! lousy hotel! Avoid!
We booked a room and paid extra to have a larger room with a sea view. We found ourselves the first day with a very very small room, not even room to open your suitcase and a view of neighbours.
The sheets smelled of cigarettes. The hallways stink too.
Some members of staff are not at all welcoming and are very very very rude. Don't want to be of service.
We booked a taxi (A VIP van taxi at 50e) for very early in the morning to drop us off at the airport. In the morning, no taxi planned. The staff didn't want to know anything , and didn't want to help us , even though the day before I was told that the taxi was booked. They finally found us a normal taxi and I was told that I had to pay 45 euros for it. I said I didn't agree because it wasn't right and I was then told to find one outside!!! Ashamed I could have missed my plane!!!
I had read some negative comments but I booked anyway. I can now confirm that the negative reviews are real and correct!

I went to change room because I can’t stay there but they want €120 for other room

Location is good near by trum station and Aksaray metro station.Also, convenient for istanbul airport bus.
However, room is so old and bathroom smelled sewage. Little scary in hallway because it’s so dark. There is no beverage service such as water, tea and coffee.
I’m addition, I didn’t like they keep passport while staying in hotel. That’s not safe and I didn’t want to do it. Every time when I go out, had to stop at the front desk to get it back.
Definitely, no return.

When booking, the room was indicated as 15 square meters, we were given 8-9 squares (this is together with the bathroom) ... we had to ask, then swear to change it.
Looking from afar, the number seems to be more or less, but if you look closely - horror. The sheet is dirty, the mirror is stained, in the bathroom - the shower is peeling off. No place to dry clothes.
The refrigerator was not only dirty, but also did not work. There was no water or kettle in the room.
The elevators are slow.
Breakfast is so poor that I haven't seen it in a long time. No scrambled eggs, no pancakes...hot food 3 trays: boiled eggs, french fries, and dry spring rolls. A little bit of biscuits and some brushes on bread.
There is still a lot to write about, but I always say - it all depends on the price. We paid 300€ for 4 nights and it's not worth the money. If the price was 150s - you can close your eyes to a lot, but 300 ... and how some pay even more - I want to cry.
