Very Good

Everything excep the hotel's amenities were excellent. We found that because the roof is accessed through the restaurant it didn't feel like a public space for guests. There is a jacuzzi on the roof but there is no place to change and it looks like it only serves for photo ops. The friendliness and support of the service especially from Fred and Tuna (spelling?) was superb. I only dockef a mark on service because I asked how the price for a baloom ride thrugh them would compare if I went shopping in the city and they told me.it would be the same. However, fellow guests from the same hotel who took the same balloon as us payed 30 Euros less per tiket! That's a lot more than I expected. I must say Fred went above and beyond giving great travel advice showing me many locations and helping me with my.itinerary. He is 100% 5star service.

As a solo traveeler location is everything tp explore a night or two in old city. Just 3-4 mins walking to Topkapi & Hagia sophia/Blue mosque Lovely hidden entrace to cut off the hectic street (which is very nice for having privacy in touristy area) Nice room, clean, friendly & helpful staff Well decorated in ottoman style, I love it.

The first room had a water leak and it was awful. I asked the front desk but they didn't come right away. Instead they changed me to a larger room for free. Breakfast was served from 7am and had a wide variety of options for the price of the hotel, and it was delicious. The location is not bad, about 5 minutes from the station, but the walk from Anna Sophia is a steep hill, so that's a bit of a downside.

As everyone commented, the price/performance ratio is not high, the location is good, it is close to the sea, there are seagulls on the roof every day, it is close to the scenic spots, and you can finish shopping in one day

The room is on the top floor, similar to an attic. The floor is very low, and you will meet each other if you are not careful. There is no elevator, the stairs are narrow and steep, the bathroom is extremely small, and there are few supporting facilities. The only advantage is that there is a small balcony to see the scenery outside. cost-effective

It has a perfect location, there are lifeguard social facilities with sea view just below, the social facility is affordable because it is a touristic area.

Staff (esp. Murad) extra helpful and friendly. Good selection for breakfast . Cleaned and bedding, tea/coffee and toiletteries replaced daily. Decor is a bit dark and dreary but bedding fresh and comfy. Soundproofing not efficient (noises from other room). But perfect location super close to everything (sites and transport links) although uphill to sites.

Excellent staff, very nice and helpful with a smile all the time. Rooms are clean and properly maintained. Breakfast could improve as well as the size of the bed who is small for two people. Excellent and very good location. Close to everything open most of the time. very lively location.

I stayed with daughter in the Premist hotel. In the hotel we liked absolutely everything: starting with polite helpful staff and finishing with very delicious breakfast, nearby location of main attractions of Istanbul and millions of restaurants around. Couldn’t be happier!!! Rooms are very clean.

The hotel is perfectly placed to explore Sultanahmet. The big mosques are minutes away and the Topkapi Palace is next door. Local restaurants abound.....But.....we made a big error. We read somewhere that the best rooms were at the top....there was less noise etc. So we asked for a top floor room. I am 6'1" and I couldn't stand up in the bathroom....or most of the room for that matter. It was a very poor room......the others looked much better. We could have changed but we were tired and decided not to as we had a view (of sorts).. There is a minaret close by. There are regular calls to prayer........and they are LOUD!!!! The old fashioned calls by humans have given way to amplified speakers. The noise is awful and seems to go on and on. During the day this is manageable, but we were awoken at 04.30 every day of our stay...... The staff were friendly and helpful....the room was tidied and towels changed every day. An interesting stay....we were out most of the time so the discomforts were not too difficult. Would we stay there again? Possibly.....but not on the top floor!!!!!
