HAN 1772 Hotel

How I wanted, how I dreamed of being in this hotel! When I saw the photo I fell in love with the atmosphere! And what a disappointment I was when I checked in. Perhaps this is my carelessness, but I draw your attention to the fact that in the rooms the windows face the hotel atrium, and not the street! You have no way to ventilate the room or open a window and feel privacy. And this is the main huge minus! There was a smell in the room, I still don’t understand what it smelled like, I asked to be moved to another room or at least smell another room, but they refused. The hotel manager came to my room and said that he did not smell it and left me in the room. I don't think this is a 5 star calving service! When you return home, all your things smell of something. Due to the lack of fresh air, the whole atmosphere of the room no longer interested me. At the bottom of the hotel there is a fashionable restaurant, where very decent people relax and, of course, music plays until at least 23:00, and at this time you lie in your dungeon without windows and listen to it all. Don't rely on good internet; it's not in the hotel. Breakfast: set menu, they bring you a standard set (olives, adjika, cheese plate, bread plate, toast in an egg, a piece of borek, shock paste, halva and the egg you choose), you can only choose tea or coffee and the type of omelet. I had two nights and therefore two breakfasts and I want to say that the filling of the cheese plate was different. The waiters only speak English, I didn't feel very comfortable. You won't leave hungry, the food is fresh. They go pouring tea. The filter coffee was not added to the first one. The conclusion is this: if you want the atmosphere of a room and you are ready to wake up without windows, then you can stay for one night! But not more! For breakfast you can

ACHTUNG!!!!! Nicht buchen. Ich vergebe null Sterne!!!!! Der eine musste sein um die Bewertung abzusenden. Kein Schlaf zu bekommen. Sehr laute Musik und Bass, die Möbel vibrieren und man fühlt sich krank und bekommt Herzrasen. Keinerlei Entspannung bis 1 Uhr Nachts. Ohrstöpsel helfen kein Bischen und nix ist Schallisoliert, man liegt in einer Diskothek. Die Kritiken habe ich diesmal leider irgendwie überlesen und mich von der Lage und Ausstattung blenden lassen. Gebt das Hotel auf oder das Restaurant/die Bar oder reduziert die Lautstärke auf die vom Tag und ohne Bass. Fühlst dich als würde die ganze Zeit harte Techno Musik deinen Körper durchdringen. Bin stink wütend und möchte am liebsten sofort in ein anderes Hotel. Ich will Urlaub und kein Stress der mich krank macht und das muss mal ganz deutlich hier geschrieben werden!!!

Eigentlich ist das Hotel sehr schön und super zentral gelegen. Den Aufenthalt verdorben hat uns die laute Musik vom Restaurant im Innenhof, die bis 01.00 Uhr spielte. Glauben Sie nicht an Zusicherungen des Hotel, Sie hätten ein ruhiges Zimmer und würden nichts hören. Geht garnicht für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse
