Istanbul Park Hotel

I stayed at the hotel for 16 days… When I entered the room I had an issue with the shower that was damaged and the drain from the shower was clogged. If I did not turn off the water during the shower, the whole bathroom would be flooded. I called them and told them, after 2 days they somehow recovered. The period I stayed was when it snowed in March. 2-3 times the radiators did not work because the boiler had something and their answer was you also have air-condition. He said it right, but without a boiler we did not have hot water, so 3 times a bath with cold water. One radiator in the room did not work and while I mentioned it 4-5 times it was never repaired !!! The cleaner let the room ventilate (well done) but then did not close the windows and when I came back from work in the afternoon-evening the house was cold (and there was no heating as I said). The internet was the worst I have ever seen, in total I only had 4-5 days and that was very slow. The rooms have been renovated and are visually pleasing, but have a lot of functional issues to fix. The rooms were kept quite clean. Breakfast was good but few options and they did not even speak English, while at the reception very few spoke English. They did not throw salt at the entrance and generally in the whole complex (they only did it twice) and all the time we were falling in the snow. The location is very good and that was the reason I chose it. I believe that for winter I would not choose it again, for summer maybe. The rooms are clean and
