Instead of a room with a garden and pool view, I was given a room without a view. I had to discuss the issue with the front desk manager.

The room perfectly renovated with a perfect view but the temperature with the air conditioning on maximum was between 27 & 29 degrees The mini bar had no cooling at all When I complained they told me it is not a fridge ironically at the reception and after a technician found it it was not fixed until we left The room had a coffee maker as a provision in the price but we were charged at the end for the coffee in a 5 star hotel with an expensive price per night The elevator had no air conditioning and was a gas chamber up to the 17th floor where we were staying The hotel super market charged me an extra 10 minutes the pack of cigarettes I bought because he doesn't give by card as he told me and showed me a handwritten note Generally 70-80s mentality which in no way justifies his charge

Brilliant stay after we figured out all the restaurants for ultra all inclusive needed booked daily at the wonderful guest service desk, Breakfast served by the pool was nice and peacefull away from the carnage of the main restaurant all the staff were great. Dinner in the al la carte was amazing 5* food with 5* service special shout out the the manager and all his staff i have forgotten names but were all brilliant every night, 1 nights dinner in the fine dining per stay was a nice touch and service was great aswell. Vip lounge on top floor was a nice setup and brilliant place to watch the sunset in the evening, help yourself to drinks and snacks. Pool bar was great and the 2 boys on were great aswell cocktails always topped up and nice beers in bottles.

We stayed there for a week in July (family of 4 with 2 kids below 5 years old) in the bungalows outside of the main tower where the hotel is. The least I can say is that this is barely a 3 star hotel not a 5 star for sure. Service was below medium, receptionists were very rude , the room itself needed much maintenance (wallpaper torn from walls, ants in the bathroom). To top it all the bathroom was a jacuzzi and we couldn't use it at all since when we tried to start it , water was coming from the bathtub and all the bathroom flooded. One of the days the cleaning lady did not come to clean the room and when we asked for clean sheets for our kids bed from the reception, they said that they did not had access to the warehouse to give us any since it was night time!!!! That was outrageous for a 5 so called star hotel, since we just asked for the sheets and not someone to come and put them on the bed. I requested the Manager the next day to talk to him and he wasn't professional at all (just a sorry and nothing else). We will surely won't stay there again and we will not recommend it to anyone. The only good is the location , nothing else!

Menage presque jamais fait, tous les jours ils manquaient des serviettes nous sommes 4 et nous avions 1 serviette souvent, la chambre tres vieilles, la nourriture j en parles meme pas pour 5 etoiles c est impossible pas plus que 3 etoiles. Grosse déception. Ne réservez pas avec RSD. C'est en-dessous de tout. Ne prenez pas le all-in. C'est de l'arnaque. Pas de cocktails, café en samovar, pas de chocolat chaud,, pas de jus. Tout est payant ! Hôtel vieillot et certaines choses sont défectueuses. Personnel pas sympa. Piscines froides. N'y aller pas !
