Прекрасный отель в самом центре города, номера чистые, просторные, перслнал и девочни на стойке регистрации очень приветливые. За завтраки отдельное спасибо! Отличный шведский стод, всё очень веусное и свежее, большой выбор блюд !! Рекомендую

Нужно было 6 часов где то перекантоваться до поезда. Эта гостиница оказалась самым дешевым вариантом. Останавливаться на ночевку в этой гостинице могу порекомендовать только в случае крайней ограниченности в средствах..

Ужасный сервис и просто абсолютно отвратительный администратор Яна! Мною был забронирован номер на 2-х человек, но так вышло, что супруга забыла паспорт, но у нас было водительское удостоверение и цветной скан паспорта в электронном виде. Приехав в Ижевск, уважаемый администратор отказалась заселять сославшись на то, что её уволят! При этом она даже не попыталась решить нашу проблему и предложить выход из ситуации. Её лицо было очень довольное, что она отказала нам. Уважаемый отель "Амакс!" Слово "клиентоориентированность" это не про Вас! Пока у Вас в команде работают такие "профессионалы". Не зря у вас низкий рейтинг почти на всех сайтах бронирования и плохие отзывы. Вы умеете испортить отдых! К вам больше ни ногой, и никому не посоветую!
