酒店不大，環境不錯，樓道有飲水機，早餐樣式不多，也夠吃，附近有小超市，一樓有餐廳，存放行李的地方也挺大，服務很好

Приехали в отель поздно,в 2 ночи,но не смотря на это девушка на ресепшен встретила нас с улыбкой,все подробно объяснила. Номер чистый,со свежим ремонтом. Была проблема с феном(не работал),но позвонив администратору быстро принесли другой на замену,даже два 😁

Впечатлений от проживания в этом отеле масса, к сожалению, не все они положительные. Обслуживание на три звезды точно не тянет. При заселении говорят, что уборка номеров ежедневно, по факту нет. Завтраки отвратительные. Еда выглядит обветренной, выбора никакого, все пересолено, сладкого нет, официанты вообще не торопливые. В моем номере фена не было, пришлось дважды обращаться к работнику ресепшен, чтобы получить желаемое. Холодильник отсутствует в номере на одного человека. Халатов также нет. Звукоизоляции в номерах отсутствует полностью. Сосед включил телевизор, слышна отчетливая речь. Разговаривающие люди прошли по коридору, чувствуете себя участником беседы. Дети пробежали по коридору этажом выше, а ощущение, что в моем номере. В коридоре, а значит и в номере постоянно, что-то пищит. Из плюсов относительно удобная кровать, чистое белье, хорошо работающий кондиционер, приятные сотрудники ресепшен (быстро организовали ремонт лейки душа в номере)

Добрый день. Останавливались в этом отеле 4 года назад и сейчас. Заселились в номер 602. Чисто,убрано хорошо. Т.к пошли первые холода, в номере был обогреватель,мы им воспользовались. На этажах есть кулеры с водой. Приветливые администраторы,подсказали ,где и что неподалеку находится. В номере все предусмотрено для гостя,даже губка для обуви. Завтрак - шведский стол. Отличное кофе. Каждый найдет свой завтрак, по своему вкусу. Благодарю за сервис, дружелюбие.
