Sheets were dirty at check in. Housekeeping did come with more. Room had a bad odor. My first and last time staying. I prepaid via Trip website and still had to pay $8.91 when I arrived. Saying they did not show my trip points of $9 being submitted.

The manager was ****** towards me as I am white and she was black. First I was told by customer service online that I could pay the deposit using Apple tap to pay and then the manager refused to accept it. First it was one roadblock the manager presented and then it was another one. She clearly did not want to rent a room to me and I believe it was racially motivated. If you are white do not go to this hotel.

Hotel is clean and accessible. They are currently renovating so there was an issue with hot water and water pressure. They had a sign out that if this would be an issue, they would refund you but after a long day of traveling, I was too tired to find another hotel.

Everything was good just had no hot water, did not address it while I was there because I was in and out of doctor’s appointments all day and was too tired to worry about it. Staff was extremely friendly especially the night time front attendant.

I would not recommend this hotel among hotels in the same price range. The water pressure was low, the pillows and quilt covers were dirty, and there was a peculiar smell. I stayed for about 10 consecutive days, and there was basically no housekeeping service for the next few days. I went to the front desk three times on the same day to have the room cleaned for me during off hours, insisting that it had already been cleaned. Really speechless.
