Hotels Near AULA SASANA CARAKA in Jakarta

This is going to be a long review - stay with me if you’re planning a stay here. Didn’t manage to see many reviews on Tripadvisor on this hotel and booked it based on google reviews. Stayed here for a few nights and soon came to realise that, when a hotel room is cheaper situated in a good locations, there’s gotta be something wrong somewhere. Many wrongs in fact. Starting with the pros first, hotel is located opposite Thamrin Centre and about 10 mins walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. Jakarta’s traffic is notorious so getting to walk everywhere is a big plus. There’s food carts along the road as well. + + + points for that. Hotel is also pleasing to the eyes and can pass off as aesthetically pleasant. It kind of stops there. Feels like this hotel has everything but NOTHING at the same time. Checked in the room and the floor was dirty and dusty and sticky at some parts and there were so many strands of hair EVERYWHERE on the floor and on the bedsheet. Housekeeping team (relatively young men) was outside so i pointed it out to them and in came the broom to sweep it up. Slept and got rashes at night so i asked them to change sheets for me the next day. Compliments to an older gentleman from Housekeeping for changing it promptly Room was minimally stocked which was a surprise considering how pretty it can be. Booked Deluxe King Room and the King bed was 2 bed pushed together.🥴 Toilet was cramped but pretty okay. You get the normal basic set of toiletries which was dusty, and ONLY 2 bath towels (which doesnt soak up water - yea i dont know whats the point) and one safe box and 2 bedroom slippers. That’ it. There wasn’t even any basic tissue box or a hanging Do Not Disturb sign. (No electric ones fyi) When asked, FO say they were working on it. You only get two pillows and extra pillows are chargeable at 25k rupiah each. Wifi was stable but it requires you to constantly sign in after you “sleep” your phone so get ready to memorise the password.🥴 Breakfast was okay with bored looking staff only coming over when you call them. No smiles or whatsoever. Maybe they’re new, not sure. Only staff worth mentioning was another gentleman who went up to us to ask if everything was ok.. They had an in-house SPA and Gym (under maintenance when we were there). Do not, even think of going to the SPA. Book somewhere else. It was weirdly located near the smoking area so it smells very smoky in the SPA and staff was very nonchalant. Booked one of their 2 hours treatment in the morning for an evening slot and when i came, another different staff told me that i can only have one hour massage because she’s alone, but the SPA was empty?! I dont get it. Then what’s the point of booking? I could have booked another SPA if they have told me otherwise. I was pissed but i just agreed to the one hour massage because i wanted a massage but the staff didnt really care. Suspected she was just lazy to do the 2 hours massage and scrub. Very nice room with modern and minimalist touch, the design are soo unique, even the hallway looks like an art gallery. They put some natures like stone, ponds, and trees in really nice places so it’s doesn’t feels boring and theres alot of open air, it’s a nice escape in jakarta. The breakfast was great as well! Not a big buffet one but, the have good varieties for western and asian food that we can choose from their menu, the server also really attentive and fast. Overall I love the hospitality by all the staff, from the security, front office, the cleaner and the server in the restaurant. Thumbs up for artotel!

Good location, next to lots of cafes and fast food. It was mostly clean, sasly linen was stained (what is wrong with Indonesia and stains?). Breakfast was overpriced, it's much cheaper to order includinf breakfast from trip.com, but it was mostly Insonesian and western options very limitted (to toast), also they make eggs but it's either very oily or very runny.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious bedding to the well-equipped gym and spa facilities. The hotel's dining options were exceptional, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Hotel condition - very good Room - average(request for non smoking but give me smoking room at level 2. Corridor really can smell the smoke) Room outside view - very bad(level 2 room window facing concrete wall and you cant see anything other than concrete...what a view!) Location - very good since its nearby to the shopping mall and a lot of place to eat there Facilities - very good(got gym and laundry area the traveler can use) Breakfast package - All the food provided really superb. A lot of choice

It's normal, acceptable. The main problem is the sound. There is a church downstairs and there are noises very early in the morning... That's about it.

- Amazing service - check in/out and cleaning. - Spacious and clean rooms....until I saw mini cockroaches 🫠 - Central location for access to popular areas - pancoran, glodok, mangga besar - and all amenities.

New hotel with very modern building, neat staff and very clean rooms. The breakfast provided is very tasty and follows health protocols. The staff is very helpful when the lock is broken, and security is ready to open the door. Thanks to Juno Hotel, hopefully I can come back to stay again.

Hotel have a good location in the township. Good access to lotte shopping. Good breakfast in the morning and room wise it's huge. Loving the room design and service they have here. Downside is parking b2 stinks bad. And elevator can be really slow in the morning during peak hour.... Elevator is buggy too where is misses floor sometimes... :( killing down a bit of the overall experience
