Overall good experience Polite staff Spacious room Only walking distance to shara palestine mobile wholesale division.

It was a very good stay the hotel gives a 4 stars feeling the staff on the reception are so professional and helpful room size is really huge but the lights are not divided very well also the electric points are not near to the bed, but in general the hotel is very good and clean and calm, i can suggest it for a business visits because the location is good but not enjoyable, Thank you

The receptionists were awesome All of them unfortunately I do not remember their names the first Saudi lady and the 2 Egyptian gentlemen were really cooperative and willing to assist and were smiling

Overall hotel is very good and location is excellent as everything is nearby as convenient store - hyper market - laundry and bank as well But they need to improve on room service as there is bit language problem Overall stay -- 4/5 Thanks

The location is good. It's an old hotel. The bathroom is too small. Nanouf at the front desk is the highlight of the entire hotel.

There was no hot water in the shower, the room key didn't work, and there were no amenities. I don't think I'll use it again, and I won't recommend it to any of my friends.

There are bed bugs, very bad

While go for check in they denied and not answered by property properly. They not speak english. By taxi driver help i understand because of power issue they are closed. After call to customer care alternate stay arranged
