Taking a risk to stay 3 nights in a row for a hotel. But no regrets, shalom is wearing but very comfy and so convenient to go anywhere. It is my first encounter also to have extra disposable amenities packed up for me when I didn’t request at all. The housekeeping staff are really attentive.
A local supermarket just across the hotel where you can get cheap hardtacks and fruits. About 10 mins walk towards city hall I found my favourite eatery where minimum conversation is required for ordering and you can enjoy affordable and delicious meal with banchan. A cheap coffee booth also near the bus stop at city hall. 7 storey daiso at the corner of traffic light.
Bus stop is right in front of hotel, need not worry if come back late from sighting. Airport bus will alight in front of hotel. Cross the road board bus, 2 stops to bus terminal and to airport. Hotel reception can help call taxi if need to.
Lift can be access without card and room door is auto locked which is not to my liking. The bathroom lights switch are not located outside the bathroom, which is a bit inconvenience. Carpets in room got stains and sofa is wearing, but not too much of a concern for me.
Everything else is perfect for me, the bathtub, toilet seat warmer, table space, charging sockets, shower pressure, beds, tea. I opened the window to sleep at night for the cool air, and not disturbed at all by the traffic noise even though I am a light sleeper. Beautiful sunrise from the room.

The hotel is located right next to the sea - do ask for a sea view room :) It's super close to black pork street, dongdaemun market and has a CU, MacDonalds and 24hrs Martro downstairs. The 24hrs Martro has all your groceries needs (stock up on water). Only negative part is car park is limited - if you come back later they will park your car for you and you won't be able to access it till next morning 7am. Room is okay sized. Does not come with amenities so bring your own :) Nice to go for a quick walk in the morning by the sea

Good location with convenience stores & restaurants nearby. The bathroom didn't have any lock and had glass doors and walls, which made it a bit uncomfortable with family sharing.
The breakfast setup was a bit odd - we need to step up or down with the staircase with plates in our hand. Also, there are limited options for vegetarians.

Pretty big hotel block, seafront including ******. The hotel room on the 3rd floor was also quite large, with sea views but unfortunately only averagely equipped. No sockets and bedside tables next to the double bed. Otherwise only a distribution box integrated with cable connection for electricity. No chair, no table and only pillows on the floor to sit down. Toothbrush only for an additional charge and no shaving set in the bathroom. The balcony with sea view, unfortunately so full of plants and ants that you could not stand directly at the parapet. Therefore only with a limited sea view. It takes off and lands very regularly and aircraft throughout the day. It didn't bother us, but you can hear it in the room. In the run-up to the trip.com app, I had tried to ask the hotel for an airport shuttle (chat, email via trip.com and direct email). All inquiries remained unanswered by the hotel. We then booked a taxi from the airport ourselves. Positive to the location, directly on the sea (without the beach) and with a walkway, ideal for jogging and walking. Breakfast buffet with a large selection and clean.

Great location, comfortable stay and has a lot of parking space. Lots of shopping and eateries nearby and it’s also close to airport. The building and furniture are a little old showing signs of wear and tear but room was clean and well kept. Staff were not too friendly when asked for an earlier check in or for recommendations on places to eat nearby. When asked for a quiet room, they gave me a room right next to a massive construction site (see photo) which is an eyesore. So I asked for a change of rooms and staff accommodated. Generally in line with expectations of a Shilla Stay Hotel and will come back due to its location.

The room I stayed in had a window facing the road, so there was some traffic noise, and for some reason, the glass windows only had thin white light-transmitting curtains that couldn't block the light. The single bed is right next to the balcony, and cold wind will come in through the window.
The advantage is that the room is clean and the location is great. There is a bus stop at the door. There are many stop signs and there are many buses to the airport. There are many shops nearby for food and shopping. There is a convenience store in the lobby downstairs.

My 2nd time here! The room is very spacious, and smells nice, the toilet is spacious too and has a bathtub. Also love the body shop and shampoo :)

It is the best hotel I stayed in Jeju Island🏨Although the room is not too big, it is only about 20 square meters, which is barely enough.
The environment is great and there is no noise. There is 7-11 downstairs. It is very close to the duty-free shop and the airport. The hotel is very new and clean. The front desk speaks English and the service is great.
There are charging cables with three ports on the table, and several 220v sockets. It is very friendly to Chinese customers. There is no need to buy a converter. The fly in the ointment is that there are no sockets next to the bed. Then I moved the bedside table and unplugged the lamp to charge me haha.
Then there is a magnifying mirror in the toilet. There is a gym and a swimming pool on the 10th floor. It is really perfect. Although the swimming pool needs 2,000 won for towels, the experience is great. My parents like the swimming pool here. A family room of more than 500 yuan per night, a family of three lives very comfortably

XXiaofeixiongXFSI'm a tourist from China. I came to Korea for a week. This guesthouse is a sea-view room. The environment and location are very good. The guesthouse is clean. Every day I wake up and hear the sound of the waves hitting the rocks by pushing the curtains. At the beginning, I have a good mood. From sunrise to sunset, I can harvest a whole day of happiness. I can't get a taxi online, my boss used taxi software to taxi for me, thank the boss, in Korea travel these few days, I see the sea every day very happy, the sea view room brings me happiness, the boss is very enthusiastic，He can speak some simple Chinese. If you have any questions to ask them, they will have the patience to answer me.

KKAH MING CLEMENTNear Jeju airport, just right for a morning flight. Clean, provided nice fresh sandwich in the morning. Cool looking pantry. Sony PS was a plus for a low level room and kept us entertained for the night. Not much to complain but felt I could have gotten it at a cheaper rate for a small scale hotel.

GGuest UserAs with any Lotte Hotel we’ve ever stayed at, the staff were welcoming and helpful, our room was very clean with strong wifi, and the bed was quite comfortable. We were very happy to see the hotel has become more eco-conscious and is no longer using individual plastic toiletry bottles but instead refillable dispensers, and have stopped using plastic cups. We hope that other Lottes will begin to do this, too! We enjoyed the hotel’s lovely rooftop deck, hot tub, and lap pool and it was a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Unfortunately, the hotel has an odd timed entrance policy, so even though there were only two other people at the pool, we were asked to leave while we were sitting watching the sunset. The attendant kindly agreed to let us stay until the end of sunset, but it isn’t a great system. We had good room service and loved a side salad the chef made of arugula topped with warm sauteed mushrooms. It was so delicious we wish we could have ordered just the salad, and recommend they add it as an entree on its own. Thank you for another good stay at a Lotte--we hope to come back!

GGuest UserWent here for our wedding annivesary and we got a free upgrade to the Superior Terrace Ocean room. We loved every bit of the room as it was spacious, clean and comfortable. It also has an amazing view of the ocean from both the balcony and jacuzzi room though we would caution all to bring down the blinds as we can actually see all the rooms when standing opposite the hotel. In addition, all hotel staff that we crossed path with were polite and always ready to lend a handwhenever we needed assistance. My husband and I also enjoyed our dinner in their restaurant. However, the location of the hotel may be inconvenient for those who are not driving.

It’s very convenient to go anywhere in the city! The room is large and clean, overall 5 stars! Will stay again next time!

LLaoerClose to the airport, the boss is very kind, and the space is huge. There is a bus stop downstairs, which is convenient for going anywhere, but you have to wait for the bus. GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location. It is an older hotel, but it is in a very good location. It is not far from Dongmen Market. It is great to watch the sunset at Longtou Rock. There is a convenience store near the hotel entrance, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The Qixing Pedestrian Street is close to shopping, and the overall price-performance ratio is good.

SSabohatI am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, Seoubong Beach Hotel from Sept 23-26. While I had initially looked forward to a pleasant experience, I regret to inform you that the behavior and attitude of some of your staff members were awful.
During check in the behaviour of your staff Kelly Oh to be discourteous and unprofessional. She was very rude. We booked and paid the room for 3 adults she asked us extra charge and could not explain for what we need to pay extra 30000 Won. She was very rude and almost kicked us out. I believe it is essential to bring these incidents to your attention so that you can take the necessary steps to rectify them.
On Sept 24, during breakfast at your hotel's restaurant, I had a regrettable encounter with a member of your waitstaff. She rudely with a loud voice said to go out from the restaurant without waiting for our finishing the breakfast at 10:05 am. I have never seen in any hotel this kind of unprofessional attitude from staff members.
I kindly request that you investigate these incidents and take appropriate action to address the behavior of the staff involved. Additionally, I hope that you will consider implementing further training and measures to ensure that such instances do not recur in the future.
I value the importance of constructive feedback and hope that my concerns are taken seriously. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the actions taken to rectify these issues. If my concerns are not adequately addressed, I may have no choice but to share my negative experience through online reviews and social media platforms, which I would prefer to avoid.
