After arriving and checking in, we asked a male staff member at the elevator entrance. We were told that we could only wash our clothes for free after staying for 3 days. The outrageous thing was that we had to wash them by hand... We had 20+ pieces of clothes, which made us feel uncomfortable. I booked two rooms, both for two nights. If the laundry room can only be used on request, it is recommended to make a note. The hotel is almost perfect in other places.
