我父母就住1806個房間入住時，個智能廁所一直很嘈，打給前台，叫了一位清楚阿姨上來，這位阿姨說重要reset 都不嘈，父母就聽她說，之後就出去行街食飯，回房也11pm 多，佢地就沖涼訓，點知一直嘈，閂埋洗手間門都嘈，父母一直不懂投訴，因為太夜，直至早上佢地同我聽，我才投訴，crystal 幫我處理，帶我父母換別的房間，點知後來我聽到別人房務人講，1806個廁所已壞左幾日，等人整，我馬上罵人，酒店房未整好就租比人住，要兩位65-70長者忍受左一整晚嘈，有冇搞錯！！ 我地住酒店係想舒服休息第二日再去玩，可能Crystal 已經知道事情很嚴重，不停好努力幫我處理所有問題，也幫我父母upgrade ，送水果，蛋糕。。。等等，所以我也感謝CRYSTAL ！！酒店請把房間有問題處理好才租給別人，我相信冇人去旅行租酒店係為左貪upgrade ，貪水果，蛋糕而去租酒店!!! 我比5星係因為 那位 CRYSTAL 既幫助處理，不是酒店別的事和人
