This hotel has been one of the best inns I have personally been to in China. Highly recommended! It really feels like you have been transported back to 100 years ago when walk in to the Inns.

The environment is super good. The inn is an old house, very beautiful. The housekeeper is very enthusiastic and contacted us one day in advance to tell us how to check in. The breakfast is delicious, with a lot of variety and very satisfying. I don't want to go out when I stay in the inn. I can stay for a day and it's very comfortable.

This inn is not only strategically located, but also has complete facilities and considerate service. It is an important discovery during my trip. First of all, Zhuyexuan Inn is located in the center of the ancient city. Whether you are going to famous attractions or commercial districts, you can easily reach it on foot. In addition, the inn is very close to the Zhu Family Courtyard, just a few steps away, which provides tourists with great convenience. Waking up in the morning, walking on the streets of the ancient city, and feeling the simple atmosphere made me feel as if I had traveled back to that era. The facilities in the guest rooms are also very complete. Details such as disposable slippers, sterilized slippers, disposable bath towels and toilet mats all reflect the inn's thoughtfulness. Moreover, the rooms are decorated in an antique style, and every stay is like a journey through time. Breakfast was even more memorable. That bowl of grass sprout rice noodles is delicious and leaves people with endless aftertaste. The afternoon tea snacks are also quite rich, and every bite is satisfying. The housekeeper at Zhuyexuan Inn left a deep impression on me. She is a thoughtful lady who always has a smile on her face and makes me feel welcome. No matter what questions I had, she would patiently answer them and thoughtfully remind me of various travel precautions. This kind of meticulous care made me feel at home. In addition, the scenery inside Zhuyexuan Inn is also unique. Every place is full of antique charm, whether it is the layout of the courtyard or the surrounding scenery, it makes people linger. I missed this B&B even before I left the ancient city. This is the most warm and considerate B&B I have ever stayed in. The design of each room is based on my aesthetics. The flowers, plants and trees in the courtyard are beautiful every step of the way. I have already arrived before the butler greets me. I can plan the route and travel guide at a glance. When you arrive at the hotel, you feel like going home. The exquisite breakfast and afternoon tea, timely greetings and measured care when you enter and leave make people feel warm in your heart. The hotel facilities are also very complete, including a coffee shop, a tea room, disposable face towels and bath towels, and toiletries are very tasteful. Having a washing machine to wash clothes made this trip perfect. Will come again next time.

Regarding service: This is really meticulous. I stayed in many high-end hotels, including some nice inns. But there are really no stores like Zhuye Xuan that provide a full set of disposable supplies (including bath towels, a pack of face wipes, disinfectant wipes), power banks, crossbody bags, parasols, afternoon tea, and a dedicated WeChat group for travel tips. About the environment: This is my first time living in such a century-old house, it is very comfortable. Enjoy afternoon tea in the quiet courtyard, life shouldn't be too good😀. The key point is that I slept very quietly at night, and the bed and quilt were very comfortable. If I have the chance to come to Jianshui again, I will still choose here. I booked this inn on Ctrip. I didn't expect such a surprise. The ancient courtyard has a sense of time. There are eight rooms in two courtyards, which are quite comfortably arranged. The inn is located in the ancient city. It takes two minutes to walk to the main street of the ancient city. Once you enter the courtyard and close the door, you are in another world. The teahouses and studies inside and outside the courtyard are very elegant. What I like most is the complimentary afternoon tea. Sitting in the courtyard with sparse bamboo leaves, light orchids, and warm sunset, it is a good place worth staying for a few more days...

The service is impeccable, so considerate! Although the room is a bit small, the owner has taken every detail of the inn into consideration, which is very exquisite, elegant and tasteful. I really like the bamboo, calligraphy and paintings in the inn. The day we checked in was the Lantern Festival, and the inn also had a tea-making activity around the stove for the Lantern Festival, which I loved.

After we settled in, we felt that time slowed down. This is the meaning of travel, making you feel that every moment in Jianshui is so meaningful and beautiful.
