房間好，擺設很精緻，喜歡衞生間，又大又方便，院落很愜意，可以拍出很多大片。位置好，和紫陶街五分鐘步行距離，門口廣慈湖，風吹起來很舒服。

酒店外觀獨具特色，設計感十足。一走進大堂，便被其精緻的裝飾和優雅的氛圍所吸引。燈光佈置恰到好處，營造出温馨而舒適的感覺。房間寬敞明亮，佈置得極為用心。床品柔軟舒適，讓人一夜好眠。傢俱的品質也很高，細節之處盡顯精緻。衞生間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，洗浴用品品質上乘。服務更是無可挑剔。工作人員熱情友好，專業周到。從辦理入住到退房，每一個環節都能感受到他們的貼心關懷。有任何需求都能迅速得到響應和解決。

建水非常好的民宿，古色古香的中式簡約風格，豪華大氣，庭院水清魚躍，花草飄香，讓人在休閑氛圍中，享受另一種生活情趣。酒店的下午茶品種豐富，配上休閑忘我的心境，感覺好極了。值得推薦的民宿

作為建水最好的酒店，住了兩天感觸良多。優點顯而易見就是環境，但是也有很多要高金的地方。
優點
環境：絕對民宿頂級，在有限的空間裏面充分開發了景觀。可以説是國內民宿少有的古典美了。
服務：相當熱情，但不是那種諂媚的服務。感覺工作人員就像一大家子人一樣。每天晚上有免費的豆腐吃！切記切記
衞生：房間衞生很好，沒有明顯的污漬。
缺點
設施：這個槽點就有點多了。感覺酒店方有很多奇奇怪怪的小心思，可是不實用啊。
1：最大的問題就是。衞生間燈居然是延時自動關閉。作為一個千元級的酒店實屬不應該，省電不是這個省法。大家能想象你蹲廁所蹲五分鐘直接漆黑一片嗎？
2：房間燈光按鍵那個字不是一點小，不湊近看根本不知道是什麼燈。床頭設計更是奇葩，低頭看按鈕，抬頭就被床頭吊燈來一下。
3：走廊上有窗户，平時衹是紗簾拉着，很多客人不注意是容易走光的，我就親眼看到隔壁大哥穿個褲衩趴床上，我糾結了半天還是敲門提醒了。如果是女孩子後果不堪設想，建議掛個牌子提醒顧客。
4：浴巾藏的太深了，拿取很不方便。
5：套房沒有放行李的行李台，導致我衹能在沙發上開箱子，兩個櫃子屬實是有點多餘。
以上就是我的一些建議了，當然瑕不掩瑜，光這個公區環境我也會願意再來的。

很美的酒店，雖然不是舊改，是一個全新的建築，但可以看得出老闆對歷史的尊重和選料的用心。通頂的樑柱高達三層樓，很震撼。院內一步一景，小橋流水，江南風情淋漓盡致。無處不在的木雕更是令人驚歎，聽介紹説木匠從開工起在院內住了六年，才雕出這層層精巧的門扇窗飾。
酒店服務也非常好，所有員工衣飾復古簡介，講話輕聲温柔，禮貌體貼
房間內佈置簡約好用，非常乾淨。入住有迎賓果盤，夜晚送來牛奶點心，臨行還送了古樹茶Q葉，還有老闆的迎賓信，蠟封復古，儀式感滿滿
酒店餐廳裏還有一個戲台，問了一下每逢過年會有傳統演出。這次遺憾沒有趕上，希望有機會再來
