Hilton Jiaxing

Hilton這個品牌在沒落，至少嘉興希爾頓酒店是我第一次入住，也將是最後一次。原因如下:第一，雖然衹住了一晚，衹要遇到迎面而來的酒店工作人員，沒有一個會主動打招呼和你問好，可以用視而不見來形容，第二，辦理check in的時候，前台給出了錯誤的早餐結束時間，以至於草草的拿了點殘羹剩飯結束，第三，酒店的備品三件套拖鞋牙刷梳子已經可以媲美如家，漢庭酒店了，如此簡單了事，沒有浴帽刮鬍刀棉簽衞生袋護理包。還有，嘉興希爾頓你是國內第一家在辦理入住分發我牙刷梳子的酒店（同等級酒店集團的下屬品牌酒店）和快捷酒店有啥區別，在此，別跟我扯所謂的監管問題。其他也就不用讚美了，中規中矩，一家Hilton同等級酒店該有的硬件配置而已。

During the two-day tour of Jiaxing, I thought about staying for one night. I hesitated between Marriott and Hilton, but I chose Hilton, and I was not disappointed. Opened in 2021, the facilities are still well maintained. The lobby is spacious and bright, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the nini who checked in is very professional. Although I arrived early, I handled it quickly. Not only did I upgrade the room type, but I also introduced the hotel and the main attractions of Jiaxing. The first impression of Hilton Jiaxing was particularly good because of nini. In addition to the lobby, there are all-day restaurants and lobby bars on the first floor to provide meals, and there is also a Jin Santa Silk Shop where you can buy some souvenirs. The breakfast is very rich, and both Chinese and Western food are delicious. The cheese plate and the wall-breaking machine drinks are more impressive. My mother said that the white fungus soup is soft and glutinous, and the small dumplings of Wufangzhai are also salty and delicious. Two bites are free of burden. Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 10:30 on weekends, so you can have a good feast. There is a well-equipped gym on the second floor, a crowded indoor swimming pool, and a Chinese restaurant that looks atmospheric and upscale. We stayed on the 45th floor. Although the weather was not good in the past two days, the building was high, so we could still see a pretty good view day and night. If the sky was blue and the clouds were white, it would be more beautiful than imagined. The room was large and righteous. The mattress was comfortable to sleep on, the bathtub was comfortable to soak in, and the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas, which met the five-star standard. The room service responded quickly, and the drinking water and bath towels we asked for were delivered quickly. I learned that the room service aunt usually had to take care of the items in the entire building, which was really hard work. It was not easy! I forgot to bring the power bank cable, so I asked for help. When the hotel only had a type C charging cable, I finally found an Android cable in the lobby. Thank you very much! I was lucky enough to go to the lounge on the 49th floor to drink some red wine on the night of check-in, and I had a good sleep. Although it is a bit far from the Jiaxing Nanhu Scenic Area, Jiaxing is not big, the roads are wide, and the traffic is convenient. It can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The experience of staying at Hilton Jiaxing this time was particularly good. It is worthy of being included in the must-stay hotel list of a certain platform for many years. It is definitely worth the price. I will sincerely recommend it to friends who need to visit Jiaxing~
