環境還可以，酒店套餐裏的送的甜品不好吃，家常菜還行，温泉嘛消毒水太重。房間沒地暖，去的時候是10月初上裏比較涼，沒開放空調。給個暖氣沒用😟

1. Booked a three-night room, and two tickets to "Eternal Love" were given when booking the room. Later, I changed it online to tickets for another attraction. 2. When booking the ticket, it was specified that the airport pick-up would be provided, but when I arrived at the front desk, they said they could not find it. After confirmation, I asked if it could be changed to the train station, but they said no. 3. The two passages leading to the hotel are almost the same, but the rooms are different. I went the wrong way the first time, and the waiter was not clear. 4. I was woken up by the dripping sound of the air conditioner in the middle of the night. 5. The shower area in the hot spring area is indeed a bit old. There is only one security guard in the hot spring area to guide, and there is no service at all, which cannot support the title of a five-star hotel. 6. Praise: Because the dripping air conditioner affected my sleep, I asked to change the room. The handsome guy and beautiful girl at the front desk were very good and made many compensation measures. I was quite satisfied. 7. In fact, I have stayed in Jiuzhai Paradise three times before the reopening, and I deliberately relived the old memories, but the supporting catering introduction was not detailed enough. The large hotel with nearly a thousand beds also has obviously insufficient supporting facilities.
