第一天來的時候趕上降温.酒店裡刮著風.曾經一度懷疑自己是否應該來.還好酒店有大浴缸.泡澡之後暖和多了.精彩的是晚餐.手抓羊排實在太好吃了.第二天一早雲散了.從酒店後面的小林子徒步出去.才體驗到酒店的價值.走之前前台小姐姐還告訴我九寨縣裡一家賣藏服的店買了好多藏族衣服和飾品.總結.需要你用心體驗的酒店.值得一來！性價比極高！

選擇九寨溝悦榕莊入住，升級到了山景房，服務不錯，衹是住了三天看了三天霧，沒有看見對面雪山的真面目，貼心的給我們提供了旅行餐包，離九寨溝景區還是有點遠，自駕才方便。房間設施有點陳舊了，廁所空間很小，使用真的不方便。總體來説還是不錯的

酒店坐落在山頂，環境沒得説，特別後山的海子值得一逛。酒店設計很大氣，充滿細節，遇到的每個工作人員都很禮貌貼心。但有幾點體驗不好：
1、酒店門口到大堂要穿過十來米的走道，從門口開始一個人都沒有，直到大堂有個辦理入住的小姐姐，有幾個瞬間像到荒山野嶺的廢棄酒店
2、洗漱包有比較多的黃色污跡，酒店解釋是清洗時掉色導致
3、香皂已經過期2年
4、浴缸旁邊的沐浴露擠出來有絮狀物
以上體驗在酒店電話回訪時均有反饋，工作人員表示在下次入住時可以升級房型作為補償。不過應該沒有下次了，雖説在悦榕莊裡價格算便宜，但過期2年的用品還給客户用這點，連普通酒店標準都達不到，第一次入住悦榕莊還挺失望的

老婆過生日，定了九寨之行。精心篩選了酒店選定了悦榕莊。酒店選址在一個山頂，去時正值川西的秋天，景色像極了一幅油畫，有種在瑞士的錯覺。雖然在山上，出行不便，但是在酒店就餐也是非常不錯的選擇，尤其推薦氂牛肉火鍋，肉質很不錯。整體體驗不錯，有機會還會再來。
