喜歡這家酒店，幾次來九寨都定的這家，這次和朋友來，還直接給我們升級到了景觀房！還送了水果！房間很乾凈，床鋪也寬敞！酒店周邊是個商圈，吃喝購物都有，每天晚上都有篝火晚會，很多藏家大姐們一起跳鍋莊，感受藏家風情！最該感謝的還是Cecilia美女，態度很好，服務周到，還幫我們租車，每一次都耐心回答！給她五星好評！👍👍👍

入住了三天兩晚的希爾頓酒店，從辦理入住到離開酒店，都感受到了工作人員無微不至的照顧，特別感謝小何和小李的服務，尤其第二天遊玩九寨溝結束後，有點輕微高反，沒有什麼胃口，到了很晚又有點餓，小何同學把自己的泡麪送給了我，還送了很多小禮物，主動詢問需不需要泡澡及需不需要延遲退房，我們不太瞭解到高鐵站巴士的預訂流程，也是小何同學非常耐心負責的講解，非常感謝！酒店的早餐和餐廳的食物都很可口！房間風景也是超級棒！下次再來九寨玩還會選擇希爾頓酒店的！再次感謝小何和小李！

I traveled to Jiuzhaigou with my wife and booked the Luneng Hilton Resort Hotel on Ctrip. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained, with good hygiene and service. We are over 60 years old, so we played in Jiuzhaigou for 3 days and stayed in the hotel for 4 days. The hotel gave us welcome fruits and almond toffee twice, and the breakfast was also very good. We had a lot of fun in Jiuzhaigou, and the scenery was so beautiful.

The location of Luneng Hilton is about 15 minutes away from Mizoguchi. We stayed for 2 nights in November. The pretty girl Anna at the front desk was very professional. She added us on WeChat from the beginning for easy contact and gave me the address of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. Maps, help to book travel photography, recommended us to attend the bonfire party in the evening, and also helped to call a car to take us there. The car was new and clean. Master Deng was also very nice, very honest and safe to drive. Fortunately, we met such a nice Anna, so our self-guided trip to Jiuzhaigou went so smoothly. 🥰
