First we want to give appreciation to Nick Pan (General Manager) for helping us arrange our transportation from/to the train station. Is very nice to get a quick response email with you sir, and also your English speaking ability is very assisting. Secondly to Mina (Front Office Manager, if we are not wrong) who guided us during our 4 days stay. Your information is very supportive of us. Last, to Bryan, who took a long way to pick up and send us from/to the train station. You have good driving skills and a good attitude. Btw, thanks for the hot coffee in the middle of this year's first snow in Jiuzhaigou. Also, thanks to all receptionist staff for upgrading our room to a very nice Suite room. Is not just a huge room, but also a luxury and comfortable room. This is our first time coming to Jiuzhaigou, and you all made it an extraordinary memory. The hotel itself is in a good location. Connection with food and shop complex area. Many restaurants around so that we can taste the delicious local food. The breakfast menu is also good enough with variant cuisine. There is a free laundry service that is very helpful for long tourists like us. Overall, it is a very pleasant hotel for our China trip in Jiuzhaigou. We will recommend this hotel to our relatives and friends.
