非常滿意的九寨溝之行，前台賓客經理Darcy熱情周到，幫忙安排了離餐廳近的房間。陽台視野開闊，見到了九寨溝秋天的尾巴，楓樹的紅葉慢慢掉落，康萊德真的很適合慢慢閑下來體驗🍁，天氣好的時候園區慢慢散步非常悠閑，真心推薦。房間水吧雖然衹有四瓶飲料，但是要求增加也會及時地補充。
餐廳在最高區，視野相當開闊，室外落地窗相當出片，種類不算多，勝在品質和景色。特別是有些陽光的時候，園區的每一個轉彎都會有不一樣的風景，而且一定要散步！散步！才能體會到這裏的舒適。一共住了四晚，想在九寨溝慢慢體驗自然之美的朋友一定首選康萊德！

非常糟糕踩雷的體驗。
1. 酒店不知道是否人手不夠，第一次遇到豪華品牌大堂偶爾沒有人。叫接駁車，站在風中凌亂 10 分鐘，沒有人來，而且根本沒人理你。
2. 房間的衞生太離譜，衞生間有很多上一波客人的毛髮。而且居然還有一根挺漂亮的頭繩。
3. minibar 簡陋的離譜，可樂，雪碧，沙棘汁，沒有了。最搞笑的是喝完了第二天不給補。
4. 房間內“請勿打擾”的燈，壁爐全是壞的。
5. 早餐差到不能再差，選擇極少，熱菜全是冷的，最搞笑的是麪的鹵不能自己隨意加，藏在煮麪廚師的後面。1800 的房價是給不起幾塊牛肉嗎？
6. 大部分服務人員除了見面會説你好外，態度生硬。
唯一的優點，門口的紅葉確實很美。
總之，太差勁的一家康萊德，非常不推薦
