Hot spring Hotels in Johor Bahru

This is my 2nd time stay at KSL hotel, view not very good... at night pool side dark. Cant enjoy nice view at night. Aircon very loud...Abit disappointed. I did send request. But they told me full. Anyway I will have my 3th stay on 31dec2024 I hope they will give me high floor and city view.

I had an incredible stay at the Amari Hotel in Johor Bahru and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. If you're staying at the Amari Johor Bahru, make sure to start your day with their breakfast buffet – it's a perfect way to fuel up before exploring the city! Highly recommended!

The beds are hard. The bed sheet look old and not sure if it really got change with a brown blanket between the sheets make me feel itchy. I feel itchy and in the night. Can hear the top occupants running in the room for like 30 minutes in the middle of the night. Too tired to call lobby to check if there anyone staying in the room. Breakfast food so so… not worth. The toilet look old and bottom cracks. The room floor can feel lots of hairs that are roll in between your toes. The shower hose shower went loose and wet the floor. The water not hot and the tap look run down. The good is the room facilities service guys are good and fast. The service counter staff and hotel staff are good. The lifts are fast. Room quite big.

second booking and we enjoyed the stay. check in and check out was fast. the only downside was that we requested for utensils and they told us there's no room service, we have to head down to the lobby to get it ourselves. will definitely return again :)

This hotel is old and rundown but offers budget-friendly rates for travelers. It used to be a 4-star establishment but has since dropped to 2 stars. The staff are friendly and helpful, though the hotel is located far from the shopping mall, making it difficult to walk to from ICQ. The surrounding area is quite dark at night. Breakfast is average with limited choices, but it’s a decent option for Singaporeans looking for a place to stay, especially when traffic to the immigration is heavy.

While the facilities were generally well-maintained, the gym could use some upgrades. This is my first stay with Capri and i can say that i will surely be back again ! The location is not that far from JB sentral but by vehicle or grab will do the trick . Lobby is nice and clean . Most of the employees there are efficient, friendly and helpful except one lady at the counter who isnt friendly and also not efficient in her work . I suggest that you send her for more training because she will spoil the mood of the guests during check-in with that attitude . The room is spacious, clean and cozy ! Loved it ! All amenities in the room are enough but i hope Capri can provide a nicer coffee brand 😆 . The room is equip with kettle, mini fridge and microwave as well as plates, glasses, cups, cutleries in the rooms which are useful for guests . The open concept wardrobe is sufficient with many hangers and they provide bathrobes too . There is also a laundry basket and the small rack to dry towel and clothes too . The amenities in the toilet are sufficient too . Everything are provided including hair dryer . Toilet is clean and nice . 👍 Loved the lotion, useful and nice to use especially before swim . Aircon is good and tv have many channels and also radio channels too . The pool and gym are good . Its peaceful when there are lesser or zero people around . There is also a cafe near the lobby that look nice and cozy to hang out if you dont want to go out . Otherwise, ordering foods from grab would settle the problem . 😊 Lastly, Thank you to the GM and team for the complimentary birthday treat and the good hospitality from the front desk during my stay ! Truly appreciate it . Will come back again 💜

Citrus Hotel is conveniently located near JB Sentral, and the prices are reasonable. The staff was superb. During checkout, I accidentally left my wallet in the room. An hour later, I realized it and quickly returned to the hotel. I approached the receptionist, and thankfully, I got my wallet back without any issues. Thank you, Citrus Hotel!

Stayed one night there, room was very stuffy and poor lighting. Pillows smell weird. Requested for a queen bed during booking which they have options to choose from, but ended up giving 2 single beds. Shampoo was not provided, only provided one tub of body shower expected to use on hair as well. Otherwise it's near to JBCC, good to catch the early trains to Sg.
