Amazing location with just few metres away from City Square. Staffs are very friendly. We enjoyed our stays in the hotel.

Location - I guess this was the only good thing about this hotel. Very near to CIQ, malls and Jalan Wong Ah Fook.
Cleanliness - There were dust on the bed sheets and there was a long curly hair on the pillow and maybe there was more. Disgusting. The floor was uneven and we almost tripped a few times. Family room was big but has no window.
Service - Staff at the Frontdesk were polite. We asked for an additional keycard and they willingly obliged.
Facilities - Basic. Nothing much to comment about.

The hotel didn't give a window room it said tat upon availability..really bad. Also first one gave me. Room with another guest inside the room. Not recommended bad service

Reception counter staff are all very friendly with a cheerful smile at all times. Welcomed guests with a great attitude. My 4th times staying at this hotel. Without failed. The service standard is always there. Thumbs up guys.
